Very delicious jerked chicken with rice and peas with plantains and cabbage! exactly what I was expecting and wanting from a jamaican meal? I also got the beef patty, was a little dry but the coco bread was very delicious.
I always get their callaloo meal here with their sides. Their festivals are excellent, I’m a veggieT so I don’t eat their meats, but the seasonings and preparations are always on point. Can always count on mi island folks to keep me full & satisfied lol

Rude management and or employee. I placed an order on Ubereats the app told me it was accepted so after the 5th driver is assigned and I still haven’t gotten my food to feed my kids I call the restaurant. after calling about 6 times someone answered EXTREMELY RUDELY talking over me not allowing me to get a word in I calmly asked about my order just to be talked over and spoken to like a child. Just to be hung up on once I return the rudeness that was given to be me won’t be ordering from this place since they clearly don’t know how to call there customers to let them know they are out of something or closed even tho my order was put in before you closed. Learn some customers services skills or fire the bad ones cause they will ruin your business
Best jamaica food , food is plenty , oxtail is the best,every time I visit Jersey, I have to go there . The boss and wife is so nice.
I had given up on finding a "decent" west indian restaurant. But I decided to stop ordering from the big chains, Wendy's, BK, etc and instead explore local restaurants in my neighborhood. JACKPOT! Prices AND portions are great. Authentic delicious food. My 1 and only complaint, is that they don't let you order extra meat on the side. Lol But I couldn't be happier I found a great spot, near my house, and I'm supporting local business.
Finally found a good Jamaican spot. I have been hunting in Jersey City trying to find authentic Jamaican food.The jerk chicken with rice and peas was amazing and don't get me started on the beef patties!!! The patties tasted exactly like the best patty spot back in Jamaica. I shall be visiting again to try other things from the menu.
Food is Great. Not an eat in joint just grab abd go. Staff is cool and friendly. A definite recommendation for great Jamaica food!
