Penny squeezers. I never heard of a franchise that does not accept coupons. To make matters worst they have a small 1” by 8” sticker by the cash register. Place it in large on the window otherwise it’s possibly wasting everyone’s time.Now the food. Again penny pinching. Literally cuts back on the meat. Yes saving a few Pennies will save you a dollar eventually but it’s easier to receive a negative feedback.
Thanks for ruining the cheesesteak sandwich. Never thought there’d be food this poor in ny/nj. The toasted bread was so overly toasted that it fell apart into hard crumbs and crusts. raw onion and pepper, only a little meat and cheese. nightmare sandwich experience.

Really bad service. Only one person serving who was just busy taking online orders and ignoring the customers waiting in line and delivering that message very rudely.
This place is a joke! The employees cannot understand English and do not have the ability to listen. Especially the really sad person that works the morning shift.The guy who works in the afternoon at least makes a valiant a tift at understanding English, but the morning staff doesn't even make an attempt.Everything has to be repeated multiple times and she never gets it right. She is also hard to hear because she wears a mask just covering her mouth, but not not nose.I understand people are trying to make a living, but if you can't understand English, this isn't the business for you.
Not only is this place unclean, they don't seem to have the ability to comprehend English.I have tried to order here several times and they can never understand what I am asking for and I always end up with a bad sandwich.I have also noticed they don't wash their hands between handling money or coming from the bathroom and making sandwiches.The woman that is generally working when I go in seems to be very unhappy with life I wonder if she is being trafficked and forced to work against her will.If you need help think twice!

I am not a native speaker of English. But according to the experience when I live in here, it is easy for my friends, staffs in coffee restaurants… who speak English as their mother language to understand what I am saying. I do really normal talking with people in English everyday. However, what happened in this subway is terrible, the staff can not understand me unless I say every one sentence three times or more. I made order three times here, every time it happens. I really felt puzzled about why the staff be like that and shocked by this kind of impolite behavior.
Is this even a genuine subway place? WORST SERVICE ever! Cant communicate at all. be careful, they will charge you extra for things you didnt order.
