When i want to have my fav coffee then thats the right place!
Appreciate the location. Nitro cold brew draft is on the spot. Always nice to grab a drink with puppuccino on the side.
This place is horrible and dirty. Service is the worst I have seen in starbucks. Starbucks has to maintain quality and cleanliness standards during pandemic.
Ordered a vanilla bean créme Frappuccino and they gave me something with coffee in it instead, possibly a cappuccino, even though it said the correct beverage on the receipt. I didn't want something that contained caffeine at the time.The place was not particularly busy, but I had to wait a long time to receive the wrong beverage because service was slow. The restroom was also blocked off for customers.Highly disappointed.
30min and my order wasn't ready. Was just a drink and had to watch waves of people who came after get theirs. I recommend going to the one in the mall
Worst starbucks experience EVERY!! It took 25 minutes to get the first of my 3 coffee order - and they forgot the other two ordered. When they finally came, my 1st coffee was stone cold. In the meanwhile, one cashier was spending 15 minutes on a 'refund', someone else complaining about something. As well, the manager was spending 20 minutes talking to a customer about the new tattoo he was getting, they were pouring over his phone, while the line was getting longer and longer. When I handed him my cold coffee, he actually had to ask if I had ordered a cold drink - it was that cold. How they stay in business is beyond me!
Always busy, but pretty fast. Baristas are great here, great job to mgmt & the team.
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Simple orders like coffee or sandwich routinely take 20-30 minutes here, and the staff just doesn’t care.
I know they get backed up and busy, but it's not okay for Starbucks to say my drinks will be ready in 7 to 10 minutes then have to wait for them for nearly an hour. I know it's not the staffs fault. Corporate needs to update their ordering system.
Orders get messed up here. Employees not courteous in this very store. Recently i was made to wait for 30 minutes and ended up canceling my order. And the folks were like - yeah whatever, we will process your refund in 3-5 days- enjoy your day!It is not about getting things right everytime but how you manage that situation ensuring customer walks out happily and wants to come back again.
