Very bad service. I sat down with my child and my husband at a table for two, on an armchair. We were kicked out by the staff from this table and they told to sit down at a table for four. Tables and floors are dirty. But one girl from the staff helped to choose a cup and thanks to her for that.
For the love of coffee!!!Starbucks just isn't what it once was. Gone are the days of baristas who share a passion for coffee.I arrived at this location to find, like most other stores, that they only have Pikes Place brewed. The sign over the carafe clearly displays my favorite roast but they don't have it. Fine, I'm in no hurry. I'll gladly wait for a pour-over.Well, the very kind employee taking my money had to ask what a pour-over was. Then she was told by a manager that they could not do it for me. No lie. They refused to do a pour-over. Denied!I am totally disappointed... again. I think it's time for this coffee addict to find a new coffee shop. :-(

Nothing but love for the batistas. Please treat them kindly. They're always swamped with orders, but they do their best to make you feel like your presence is a treasure. Amazing people. Truly.

I go to the starbucks in Newport mall almost everyday because i do work in the mall the baristas are very friendly and always keep a positive attitude and they help you get your drinks and food as fast as possible great place to come too ⭐️

This is the best Starbucks in Jersey city! It was extremely busy on Saturday when I visited the mall starbucks, but they made my drink so quick and keep the line moving in and out. Mina always provide excellent service and her energy is really good ?. Love pumpkin ?
