Wait times are long, the lobby is crowded, there is no available bathroom, there are stank, loitering homeless people abusing the table space ...AND my drink wasn't made right. This was a bad experience, even for Starbucks.
Located in path Plaza. Service is always really good. Enough place to sit inside and outside, though inside is mostly crowded.
Most of the employees here have egos up the roof. They’re baristas not high tech engineers! The arrogance is just ridiculous.One of the lady supervising staff is great but she’s not around all the time!
I’ve liked this place since I started coming here but lately the service sucks. why does it say on Google maps it closes at 8:30pm and it’s 7:14pm and the doors are closed? Very confusing. Especially for folks who walk all the way here. I knocked on the door and the girl cleaning the front didn’t even bother to look. They need new staff in this place or just shut the whole thing down. Smh.
Employees with no feel of humanity at all. I had a bathroom emergency, my urinary bladder was about to explode, I requested if I could use the restroom because the public restroom at the JSQ train station was closed. BUT THE STAFF DID NOT HELP. These days the business is not only about selling good products, it is also about helping the community, promoting integrity and spreading sense of solidarity. Let us oppose such a negative trend and show business owners that we the PEOPLE stand for each other. THIS IS THE STARBUCKS AT JOURNAL SQUARED, NJ.God bless us all.
Worst starbucks experience EVERY!! It took 25 minutes to get the first of my 3 coffee order - and they forgot the other two ordered. When they finally came, my 1st coffee was stone cold. In the meanwhile, one cashier was spending 15 minutes on a 'refund', someone else complaining about something. As well, the manager was spending 20 minutes talking to a customer about the new tattoo he was getting, they were pouring over his phone, while the line was getting longer and longer. When I handed him my cold coffee, he actually had to ask if I had ordered a cold drink - it was that cold. How they stay in business is beyond me!

Sticker to stop spill wasn’t even covering the mouth hole at all. More than half of the Venti beverage spilled soaking up the whole bag and now the grilled cheese is completely soggy.
Makes drinks very good but I would give this place a 1 star if I could. The employees there are VERY shady and have a tone like they don’t want to help anyone. They’ll look at you waiting for a mobile order and won’t even bother going to help. The fact that they move really quickly and make good drinks is what gave them the extra star other than that I’d give them 1 star
