Ordered twice this week from here. Food is great! Not the service. First time we ordered online first we were told the order wasn’t received then it showed it was given to another customer. Second time we ordered online the food was delivered to wrong location and we had to place order over phone. When we finally received the order it was the wrong order. A chicken burrito for a vegetarian is not enjoyable. Food is delicious when and if you get it.
Normally get their burritos but this time wanted something different. Had a carnita torta…gross fatty and no flavor. My bf got a chicken burrito and he likes it. So disappointing
Normally i order here for the mix fajitas combo. Their online option makes you pick a protein even though it is a mix. I have never had an issue until yesterday. They send me a shrimp fajita and a steak fajita. I ask them to refund me the difference which is 4 dollars and they refuse to do so. Both times i called they were extremely rude about it. Will never order from them again. Way to loose a repeat customer smh.

The food is so good, fairly priced and big quantities! Will come here again

Best fajitas ever ever made
This place made me fall in love with Mexican food especially tacos. I gotta have some at least once a month
Horrible. We took an uber to have lunch only to find out they are only doing takeout. The lady was very rude. They should have this mentioned on website..needless to say we will never go back
Sol Azteca used to be an "ok" option for fairly priced Mexican Food delivery in Jersey City. The food was not cheap, but it was reasonable for downtown Jersey City. And let's face it, their are many of other solid options for Mexican Food in Jersey City.Recently I ordered from Sol Azteca and was very disappointed to see how much they raised their prices. They literally took a Blue Pen to the menu and just crossed off the prices of everything. Very professional job. See the attached pictures.It was also not as if they raised the prices 50 cents on each item. But even cheap items went up multiple dollars. Chips and Guac went from $5 to $7 (40% increase). Small side of Guac (big enough for just one person) went from $3 to $4 (33.3% increase). And everything else literally went up about 20% on the menu.For what it is worth, I do not think I will be frequenting here anymore. They can prob still sell food on seemless or grubhub at these prices but as a local I will take my business to other Mexican places in town now that Sol Azteca is one of the most expensive options here.
