Good food. A little pricey but worth it. Very clean and the staff are friendly.
Had falafel over rice and i must tell you that falafel were freshly made! Overall very healthy and less oily meal. Must try ?
I took a chance on Uber eats after getting some lamb over rice from another spot that did NOT give you the option to get the sauce on the side. They put the white sauce and the hot sauce on the side. I want to control the amount of white sauce I get on my lamb meat. It was delicious!
Google said the restaurant is open until 1 AM. We arrived at 11:50 PM and they said they already cleaned the grill and won’t serve us. Requested them to update their time online if that’s the case and was met with a blasé “ok”. No apologies and no alternatives offered for what they could make that didn’t require the grill. Luckily we were met with much nicer customer service at Platters & Zings, located just 2 mins away and despite getting there right at 11:58 PM, they still took our order and served it with a smile.
Dont let the facade of this joint fool you… this is the best chicken and lamb combo i’ve ever had, awesome hot sauce too!
I got the 9 pieces fried chicken and they made me wait 30 minutes when they said 15. The chicken was horrible and was gray inside. It was in a ocean of oil. Absolutely disgusting. I am disappointed. NO ONE SHOULD GO HERE.
It was my first time here today. Only 7 minutes away from my job and they have their own parking lot which is great because parking in Jersey City can be tough. I had the lamb over rice platter. For $9.99 you get a very stuffed Styrofoam container of deliciousness. I will definitely be back!
It depends on who's the cook, this particular time my wings weren't cooked all the way through but I also had good food from Sammy's Hala
Their food is good, I’ve only gotten the same order each time so can’t say confidently that everything is good but for a spot that’s open late, the cheese burger lamb gyro and hot wings are good. Only complaint is every time I order the same hot wings for delivery, they send plain bland fried wings with no sauce on it. Goes to waste.
The chicken platter is absolutely delicious. The prices are relatively higher than the competition but totally worthwhile. The staff is really funny and friendly. Especially both the guys that work in the evening are super cooperative.
