This place is fanatics, broth color doesn’t matter, different places have lighter or darker broth depending on the recipe. Can’t imagine having the audacity to tell another cultures cuisine that their making it wrong, really wild to me. Flavor wise it’s a perfect balance of minty, beefy and it’s very aromatic and fresh! The know what they’re doing phosho!
OMG this spot has the best PHO in Jersey City the flavors & Meat was cool in perfection. So I definitely recommend. No pictures because I ate it when the PHO came out hahahaha.Had a personal conversation with the business owner because I would like to open a food truck and he was walking me though some Scenarios to help me understand where business and restaurants are at the moment…. Really appreciate it.
Everything was super fresh and delicious. The shrimp summer roll was excellent and the seafood udon noodle soup was super light and perfectly flavored. The tapioca banana pudding was a bit too sweet for my taste but overall this place is a gem. They are fairly priced and the service is super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely be coming back.

Pretty pricey little Vietnamese cafe but the food was good. Portion is okay (expected more for the price). The ambience is not very nice because they are limiting seating due to Covid.

Delicious food and remarkably hospitable family restaurant nestled on one of the cutest streets in Jersey City. Stevie is the best and always makes sure his customers are fed and happy. He even delivered a pot of delicious chrysanthemum tea to us upstairs one night with adorable rock sugar when my friend couldn’t come downstairs to eat. This local business and lovely bunch of people is what community and the beautiful melting pot of the city and surrounding area is all about. Much love!
This is honestly my favorite restaurant in Jersey City and I’ve been to many of them. Always amazing food and service from this family owned and run establishment. If you’re into the whole great food, friendly service and atmosphere type situation, you’ll probably love this place as much as i do.
