On a busy Friday night we sat at the bar and our bartender was very attentive. He made good cocktail recommendations (blood orange Spitz and the Italian Manhattan) while we waited for our food. The spaghetti gamberi (I think that's the name) was delicious as was the zucca pizza.
Ambience is good , but food could be better. It was way too greasy for Italian food. Pizza is nice , but pasta is super bland. Moreover the oily dripping all over makes it very obnoxious for the palette. Definitely not for the heart healthy conscious folks.
Dug in the cellar to find us the last two bottles of the best wine my wife said she has ever had. The shrimp with white wine was delicious. The pizza was unique. From a fat boy who loves his Italian with heritage we would go back. Nice family owned restaurant from the old school.
Our first visit. We had pizza and salads and both were very good. We had a house salad and caprese salad. The house says it's excellent but the Capri salad was nothing special and a little light on everything but lettuce. The pizzas are large and won't feed two or three people. We did have one of the pizzas with the crust a bit overdone. All in all we had a good experience. Our waiter was good and very helpful. We would go back without hesitation.
Loved the ragu I just needed more of the homemade pasta with it!!! will be back

Michelle was a great bartender, and very knowledgeable. Carbonara was perfect, as was the holiday negroni. will definitely be back!!!
