Should avoid this place during the weekday lunch rush. The servers were trying their best but were very obviously understaffed. I had an online order, walked there for 10 minutes, then waited an additional 15 minutes to get my soup + sndwich. There were 8 other customers standing around waiting for their sandwiches. They also ran out of the soup I ordered online and we swapped to a chili.It's a shame but once they hire more people to man the counters and wait times are shorter I'll come back.Also don't order the wreck I think this is more a potbelly general thing than this store specifically, but it doesn't have vegetables on it and is just cheese and meat. Get like a BLT or something instead.
I ordered a Cubano sandwich that featured stale vegetables and funny tasting meat. I could not finnish it.
Never really used to eat at Potbelly before coming to this location. The staff here is generally great. The Mediterranean sandwich is my fave! But honorable mention goes to the general manager, Octavia. Her warm and welcoming demeanor literally always brightens up my day! I really appreciate this kind of stellar service in this day and age. Keep up the great work consistently!

The sandwiches here are pretty amazing and the service is one of a kind. They have an awesome menu selection and people here are amazing.
Potbelly, I love you.But everytime I order using uber eats, I get the wrong soda. I ordered diet coke and got regular coke three times in a row. So today, I ordered zero coke and got a cherry coke which wasn’t even on the uber eats menu ? I guess someone’s trying a little prank.

The sandwiches were pretty good plus the restaurant was clean.
My friend and I just stopped in and he ordered a pizza sandwich (that he loved) and I ordered a hand made strawberry banana milkshake (which was delicious). I'm glad we tried Potbelly's out!
