Pop eyes is great. This store sucks. They took 30 minutes to make my sandwich. I'm not kidding. They stood around chatting. Laughing. I walk over to ask if my food is being prepared, they had no idea I was even there, after just taking my order 30 minutes ago.
Ordered via UBER-Eats (Over $70.00, tax, tips, delivery, svc chg...etc) for TWO orders of 8 piece Chicken Tenders, 4 Pies, 1 Mac&Cheese...NEVER AGAIN... I got 2 THIN SLICES and 6 BITS of chicken in each order which were Over-Breaded , Crumbly and Over-cooked. No More Chicken places like this for me, for the money I spent I will buy, bread and fry my own chicken.
Never again, I'd rather driver further(Bayonne Crossing) then ever go back there. Staff is rude, chicken was old, the large sides were only filled half way. And the whole sauce situation they got there is insane ?♀️.
The worse Popeyes restaurant don't fo there rude and very unprofessional I bought fews pieces of chicken and they told me I can't have the sauce that the sauce is not for the chicken and if I really wanted I will have to pay 25 cents for each sauce really and they didn't give me any I don't know who's told the owner that she is making her own rules forgetting that Popeyes is a franchise and she can't have her rules so I adviaetou not to go there the address is 2 Garfield Ave Bayonne, jersey city NJ. I Will Never get popoyes from that place anymore ..Today , I ordered the family meal and the shrimp box ...the chicken taste was so bad with a stinky odor ... I couldn't eat it and throw it all to the garage ... the chicken outer layer was fried good but from inside looks uncooked with unpleasant odor and taste is horrible so bad , I was about to throw up from it .... I am so upset to waste 40 bucks and obligated to get a launch from Macdonald
This site was having some problems with customer satisfaction. It was so confusing to place a order.
They keep forgetting things in my orders, placing things instead of the ones that I did order and when I call nobody answers.
Service is slow the and one time I had to argue with them to give me my money back for me waiting so long
