The service was horrible and the bathroom was full of feces when we told staff the female stated she don’t care and refused to let my 7 yr old day use the employee bathroom. I was there 20 minutes and no one cleaned as they state they do
Food is good, employees are normally okay. Today in particular, Toneesha argued with me over not wanting pickles on my sandwich. Thankfully, Jessie said to give me a sandwich with no pickles but I guess pickles are a sensitive topic for Toneesha?? Hope she heals from her pickle trauma ☹️
Every time I come here it’s a 15 minute wait no matter the time and the employees are always goofing off. But tonight takes the cake when I came at 9:38 and the doors were already locked and they are all standing in there staring at me. Really disappointing.
Messed up my order. Specifically asked for legs in the notes, seems they did not even read it.Paid for a gallon of Cane Sweet Tea and they didn't bother to add it to the order.
Horrible absolutely horrible the staff was rude and believe or not racist towards my little sister & mom they didn’t even give what we ordered no sides no drinks no sauces no jams chicken was dry and gave less pieces no drinks gave a hard time to my mom and sister even at ordering we support black owned businesses but don’t except to be treat rudely just because we aren’t African American, I’m part Trinidadian by the way
I didn't like the fries there coated but the spicy chicken sandwich is amazing!
This place needs at least a new manager! Worst waiting time ever. 30min waiting for my food AFTER I ordered where it supposed to be a “fast food” location! Big waiting line, the lady putting the orders together by herself, the cashier and another person not helping her at all even when not doing anything…CRAZY!
Dried and burnt Mac and cheese (looked like it was sitting there all day)small pieces of chicken strips,told them about the Mac and cheese,lady with attitude said they are all like that, asked for new one,said,I had to wait 6 minutes to make new one,and forget about buying with coupon, always get the worst looking chicken.
This place absolutely sucks. Every time I go there there is an issue picking up my order these people are lazy slow and do not know what they’re doing. Maybe you should hire some people that have actual green cards and not some immigrants
Was there today had to ask for refund was standing there 30 minutes did not get my food, staff was clueless had no idea what they were doing everyone was complaining and got everyone to order incorrect and was not even that busy horrible never again ???
