Fire the on duty supervisor/manager. Instead of helping her 2 servers prepare boxes or at least jump on the register to take orders. But I guess she would rather sit in the back and watch them on the security camera suffer trying to promptly get orders done during a dinner rush. She needs to do better by those two young ladies trying their best.
There is no management of this location at all. My order is #73 and they didn’t start prepare my order when they called #94 and even I reminded them I was there multiple times. I’m seeing they prepared orders for many people who ordered in person after I arrived. When I argued with them, one of the employee even lied that I just arrived their store though the fact is I was standing there for 30 mins with 39 weeks pregnant. I understand they are busy at Friday night but respect should be for both side not just customer to Popeyes.
This is one of worst fast food joints I have ever visited. They take longer than a fine dine restaurant to just serve fries! Most of the times they are busy talking to one another and don’t care about the long line at the counter!
Really rude staff. Literally sighed when a customer tried to update their order. You are probably not capable of the job.
If you place a mobile order be prepared to wait a long time, even if it's "been done". Ive been there 3 times. I noticed it's often hard to get their attention. Now, I've worked in food service/retail for many years. I totally understand it gets busy, and where orders take time when there are a lot, of course you should be patient.. but, they don't even bother to ask what you're waiting on even if you've been standing there for quite awhile.Most places give you a chance to chime in and if you don't, they ask why you're there after a certain amount of time. I don't think I'll come for pickup again when it takes longer than usual to just to get their attention to pick it up, and I don't have much time for my break thereafter. Other places are less of a hassle and the associates are more available.

Omg! I'm never going back to this place! Those people who work there need to learn how to communicate with customers verbally. DON'T CALL ME MAAM! I'm 20 YEARS OLD!!! I waited in line for 25 minutes for fries, yes! I understand if they are busy! Totally! But nooo they were actually busy dancing and joking with one another!!!

I was at the Popeyes in Newport Mall, I ordered a two piece, the chicken and fries were close to cold. I commend them for working during covid, but if it wasn't for customers still coming out, they would be closed.
The food itself wasn't too bad. A slight letdown to the Mac and Cheese my girlfriend had. Overall, the 5 piece tenders were crispy and cooked well. The fries were ok, but could have been a little warmer. The cashier was friendly and very quick. My issue with this location is the staff. I was at this location at a time just before the lunch rush on a Saturday afternoon. There was no line, but the one attendee didn't have a care in the world about her job. She cared more about what appeared to be a new employee who was cooking in the back. Felt like she was asking 20 questions. For a quick order, I shouldn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to receive it. My girlfriend got her order quickly, but I had to wait a while for mine. On top of that, when I requested Honey Mustard sauce(because there was no BBQ), she almost forgets it. The service by the attendees needs to be improved. Being at a mall, if a slow day is a bad sign that you can't get a quick order served, then that doesn't bode well for the future(even if it's been around for years). Popeyes is in competition with Chick-fil-A at Newport Mall, and while I have a preference for this location, they need to get their act together because Chick-fil-A appears to be winning.
