Slow workersSanitary questionableThe guy packing the food from the heater was terrible. Instead of getting fresh french fries or waiting for the other batch to fall..he scoops the fries that fell out of the bin on the sides to fill my box. I refuse it and had someone else give me fresh fries. Definitely won't return. 4/21/2022.

Had to wait more than 25 mins to receive food , once received , food was cold. Receive a fresh tenders which was great , however there was a hair in mash potatoes after leaving.
My order # was 51 for Chicken Nuggets and waiting for 20 mins and afterwards my order give it to customer order #53. And I have to wait for another 20mins…and the customer service is so rude.
I pass through Hudson mall quite often but rarely stop in Popeyes cause the only thing I can eat are the fries and then sometimes I’m a bit uncomfortable because it’s primarily a chicken place and I’m vegetarian. Their fries are yummy though and I wish they carried some vegan or vegetarian items on their menu. These companies are ignoring the fact that more health options are the future.
By far one of the best popeyes I have been to. The fastest service I have ever experienced in my life. The freshest chicken I eat. Definitely 10 out of 10.
this is crazy that i bought 9 pcs. chicken and the thigh and leg is to small im very disappointed and the price become high.
Service was unacceptable. Woman handing out food did not look at the receipt and gave the wrong drinks, did not communicate or attempt to fix her mistakes. She also got other people’s orders wrong frequently
Wrong order I asked 4 pieces mild chicken breast I got 3 and I asked number 6 they gave me only 8 pieces nuggets where’s my biscuit and fries and small drinks. Make sure guys check your order before you leave.
The statf over there are amazing. Very friendly. They take care of you and your order very patiently. I would recommend this branch as there peices of chicken are always crispy and hot.
