The staff was very friendly and productive. I got 8 pizzas and they were ready when I walked in and the payment processed quickly. I had a great experience!

lmao….. just like the rest of the reviewers say pizza came 2 hours late cold as hell. either someone needs to get fired or someone needs to get hired! there shouldn’t be so many 1 star reviews right after each other in the same week complaining of the same thing! and if there’s an issue with time they should let customers know that beforehand!

Lowering my original score because they still haven't re-opened the dining room--even though it looks open. I waited in line for almost 10 minutes to be seated, only to be told they don't currently have plans to reopen. Couldn't do take-out since I didn't arrive by car, so I just had to leave, without any pizza.

Garbage experience.Ordered food through the pizza hut app and got a confirmation of my order at 6:19pm.Got a text notification at 6:29pm that my order was out for delivery.Waited the allotted time in the email (until 6:50pm) for delivery.Called the location (which never picked up) and ending up being redirected to a general customer service representative a total of 8 times between7:04pm and 8:29pm since each time was "transferred" to the store location I was ignored a redirected to customer service again.Got a text at 8:21pm that my delivery was being delivered via DoorDash.I called the DoorDash driver who got the notice at the same time I received my text.The driver was waiting at the store and agreed to stay on the line with me so that I could speak to a representative at the store location (since they apparently refused to answer their store location phone).I could overhear store staff joking and refusing to speak to me. The DoorDash deliver person did attempt multiple times to pass the phone over and each time I hear the store staff refuse and say they did not want to talk to me.I will be pursuing a full refund from this horrible service since I shouldn't be receiving food 2 hours after the store stated I should expect it.

We ordered pizza from here, and they were 30 minutes late with the delivery..so sadly the food was ice cold. The safety seal was broken and the cheesesticks looked like cement. We tried to call and management was unavailable and corporate did not help in a timely manner. I would recommend another location or another chain.

This is the 2nd x in 5 wks I've ordered from the 440 location. 1st order arrived 2 1/2 hours later than expected. ICE cold. Store manager very apologetic. Today headed to 1 1/2 hrs worker oh well. Last time

Worst place to order take, 1- From manager to employees all of the liars, 2- ot says 25-35, it's been 1hr 25 minutes, 3-i called three times they said the driver will be there in 10mns, it is now 25minutes. It is beyond me how they stayed in business that. 4-oh yea they are so rude with attitude because three times to check the status after 1hrs 30mns. Just because it's an urban neighborhood we don't tolerate bad business practices and behaviors.

The carry out location I chose gave me a partial wrong order. It was too late to turn around and return it to the restaurant. Orders should be double checked by employees before handing it to the customer.

The driver delivered my food with no heat cover and it was pouring raining. By the time i received my food, it was cold. Cold Pizza should never be a thing. Highly disappointed...
