Pasta Dal Cuore is our favorite pasta place in New York City, New Jersey, or Philadelphia. I highly recommend it as all the pastas are handmade and made fresh daily. The ambiance is nice, every time we've been there it's been on the quieter side with conversations and you have some privacy with the dividers they set up. The chef doesn't like making too many modifications to the meals, but we were able to get exactly what we wanted as the menu has a lot of good choices. The prices are fair for the quality of the food that you receive in the service has always been top notch here! This has been added to our rotation of favorite places to eat. I recommend you try it out and I hope you're not disappointed.

The arancini was to die for honestly. Service was a bit slow but overall not bad since it was late and they seem to only have one waiter. The bread was delicious & the drink was strong. Pasta was incredible & the dividers added a nice level of intimacy. Overall happy with how well everything went.

A great authentic Italian restaurant in Jersey City! The service was amazing and was able to give a great description for the dishes.I ordered the meatballs and cacio e Pepe for dinner. The meatballs come with 5 and are delicious! Everything is freshly made in house. The cacio e Pepe’s pasta was a unique color but it lacked that black pepper taste and was very oily. Other than that everything was amazing!

We ordered Involtini Di Melanzane and Chicken Parm with fresh pasta in vodka sauce. With no doubt, one of my top italian restaurants ever. These two were delicious. You must definitely try

I’ve been here several times over the last few years and it never disappoints! The fresh pasta is incredible, I highly recommend the tagliatelle bolognese. We have never had a bad meal here - they are consistent with the quality of the dishes. The service is great as well. Can’t wait to be back again!

So happy I discovered this place!! The pasta is fresh and the taste is amazing! We had the truffle fettuccine and gnocchi - totally recommend. The cheesecake was also good although maybe a little expensive for $15? This is our new place to go, for sure! The restaurant should update the Google description as this is no longer BYOB. It would be great if the work on the ambience, there’s not much style. Giving 5 stars because of the GREAT food and that’s what matters the most. The service was also very nice.

Pasta Dal Cuore on Jersey Avenue in Jersey City is exceptional all around. A pasta shop turned restaurant offers a variety that honors the most discriminating palate without being complex. The house made pasta tastes like it is from the heart while the presentation and attention to detail make you feel like royalty without any hullabaloo. Propers to the chef for his creations and that salsa verde alongside fresh baked bread, though....scrumptious! The front of the house has a remarkable server, Manolo who is not only knowledgeable and personable, but also welcoming and makes you feel like a VIP. We took the recommendation of the fried burrata over risotto with duck confit and asparagus sauce and it was divine comfort. If you find yourself in my hometown, treat yourself at this gem of a location.

Great food as usual. A to go for fresh pasta and delicious sauces. The staff is always very charming and not overwhelming. It's alwyas a pleasure to dine there. The quality of the food is top of the notch. A must go in downtown jc

Phenomenal dining, ambience and service. No longer BYOB like some of the other older reviews mention. Lots of great vegetarian options on the regular menu and additional options on the daily specials as well. We tried the eggplant appetizer, spinach linguine and mushroom fettuccine entrees. All of them were delicious. Lots of great dessert options as well.

Outstanding! The food, the service... I would give it 6 stars if I could. The deep love they have for quality food is clear in every mouthful. My new goal is to keep returning until I have tried every single item on the menu because a) they all sound that delicious and b) all 3 that we ordered our first time were that good. For the pandemic, they have screens between tables and a menu accessible via QR code. When we went, they were also nicely decorated for the holidays. It's a pretty space as well as a tasty one.
