These people are so so so cheep like I asked for du k sauce and this women only gives me 1 I orderd 3 hot and Sour soup and 5 pork fry rice. This place is horrible never coming back here!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered via delivery and requested Shrimp fried Rice w/ extra shrimp along w/ Soy sauce only and extra Soy sauce...I was charged for the extra Shrimp and once I received my order there weren't extra Shrimp at all...and they sent 4 Soy sauces...I have always in the past ate or ordered at Panda House...it's no longer the same...thumps down I will not eat there again.
I spend $50 at this place and I ask for 4 fortune cookies because I have more people at home and the women only gives me 1 and nodded her head no. Never coming back these people are very cheep
FOOD POISONING ALERT!!! I got a horrible food poisoning after eating the food from this place. I ordered beef with mixed vegetables and white rice, but they gave me fried rice. Actually I was surprised how fast it was for them to make my food this time because it usually takes around 15 minutes for orders to be done, and then I realized why. I had the same food from here one time and it was fine, but this time the sauce of the beef was just weird - it seemed slimy and didn’t look fresh. I had the food around 9pm, and it was pretty much the only thing I had all day. The next morning at 6am, I was woken up by massive stomachache. I had to sprint to the bathroom to throw up, and I saw the fried rice I ate. For the rest of the day, I had to stay in bed because I had a fever over 100 degrees. I was also experiencing fatigue, stomach cramps, and chills. After the whole day of terrible pain, I finally felt better after I woke up this morning. I am still experiencing stomach cramps from time to time, and still have no appetite to consume any food. Before this, I never had food poisoning because my stomach is pretty strong. The food I had from this place must be some leftover for who knows how many days. Gross. Never going back again!
Horrible service you might as well go to any other local restaurant that can actually serve what you ordered: they always get the wrong order and they do not give any refunds and they always mess up continuously they are very incompetent workers that are so rude save your money and go to A restaurant where they respect their customers
Kinda felt some type of way that I spent 50 dollars and didn't get a free gift. Also, I feel like somebody ate outta my platter before I got it. However, taste wise, they're awesome
USE to be the favorite place to eat. But then had a terrible experience and will NEVER go back again
They overcharge on the Uber eats app by 4-5 bucks. Example... shrimp and broccoli is $10 there. On the app it's $14.50. I live in the neighborhood so I know. They also don't use their own delivery person in order to force you to use the app. The last delivery person they had rear ended my car and turned out, he didn't have a license. They also did not want to cover the damages. This place is all types of morally corrupt. Could you imagine what other short cuts they make here. Buy at your own risk
My goto Chinese Uber Eats. The Seafood Delight is to die for. Ordered 3 times, perfect consistency and seasoning every time. Good size prawn and scallops. Love that they don't nickle and dime rice (comes with the dish). Generous portion: 1 dish will get you perfectly full and happy if you eat a lot. Could stretch to 2 meals if you're a small eater. Also try the orange and general tso's chicken.
