One of the best Colombian restaurants in the United States of America. Cannot recommend enough. My Colombian fiancée and I are trying to get them to cater our wedding!
This morning I went to this place thinking that I would get serviced but preference was given to other customers. I think it could have been better if they have line structure or order so that each customer gets serviced. I might give it a try next time but today was definitely not the day :(
My wife called the restaurant and placed an order(in Spanish) the total was about $30, they asked her if she wanted to leave a tip on the card and she said sure 15%. She thinks nothing of it, but when I bring the food home, she looks at the receipt and what does she see? They put a 15 DOLLAR tip not 15%($4.50). You would think that they would have questioned a 50% tip on a phone order. Like really who the hell tips 50%on a phone order? I have had problems here before where they overcharged me for 2 items instead of one, and when I told them to give me the refund, they told me they couldn't do it, so I was FORCED to keep extra food I didn't want. So we won't even waste our time trying to get the $10 back because it won't happen
Awesome lunch!Place has a cool vibe, staff is super attentive and food was mouthwatering!! Everything we had was delicious, can’t wait to go back.And of course the bakery inside the restaurant is fantastic. Bought some pandebonos for takeout, love those from here.

Make sure your very detailed in how you sign your receipt. Put no tip u less you want them to add a tip and a few hour later find they’ve tipped themselves from your credit card. I’ve already disputed the transaction it’s stealing!!!. Most dishonest rudest people to ever serve me I feel nervous to approach them and I felt like they were talking under their breath about me especially the blonde girl with the glasses. Not going here ever again. Weirdos
Today's experience really set me off.I love their food but the attitude from the ladies who work here are disgusting.Make sense of this? I ordered a chicken entree for $18.00 and received no hot sauce(which comes with the entrees and appetizers)I asked the lady for some and she hands me one.. I ask for another and she tells me I have to pay $.25 for a second one.When I buy 3 empanadas they usually give me 2 sauces which makes no sense if their logic is the pricing.3 empanadas cost about $5 my meal cost $18..When I bring this up to the female manager she gives a very nasty attitude. I spend way to much money with this restaurant for years to be treated like im begging for something.Lost my business for good!
