So I ordered through Grubhub but yet they send they’re own delivery person which I found so weird he did not want to come upstairs and had to nerve to yell out at me no tip. If I could rate it a zero I would. I order a tea and chicken wings which for whatever reason takes them over half an hour to make. I understand they need to prioritize orders over takeout customers, but a half an hour wait time is absolutely ridiculous.Chicken wings are battered roughly and taste mediocre at best. Would not come back even if given a second chance.

I wasn't satisfied because I ordered chicken wings with pork fried rice the wings were hard and almost burnt and when I bit it it was not cooked all the way and the rice was dark with too much soy sauce not enough pork in the fried rice and the fried wonton in sesame sauce was hard and taste bitter the only thing that was good was the almond cookies

Ordered over $50 worth of food & purchased all “quart” sizes since the menu says pint or quart as the size options. When I opened the bag, all of the sizes I got were clearly pints, not quarts like I ordered. I called the restaurant to explain that there must have been a mistake in the size of what I ordered, and the woman who answered the phone proceeded to argue with me about how they gave me the “large” size. She was not understanding that pint & quart are standard units of measurements & that what I was given were pints, not quarts. Just insisting that I was given “larges.” So if you order quarts from them, expect to get pints! Pints are what they call “large” despite listing pints & quarts on the menu.

You can't eat at this restaurant, only pick up.They take too many orders and you will wait forever to get your food.Order ahead of time

I understand mistakes happen, however in the food industry where people spend their hard earned money, attention to detail and listening to your customer is super important. Otherwise they may not return hurting the business in the long term. Thursday 10/21/2021 11:30 am. My first order was for green beans rice and chicken with an eggroll, the second order was for shrimp & broccoli with an eggroll. why did I end up with pork fried rice and chicken & pork fried rice with broccoli ?Due to Union cut backs at the job specifically a lunch break shortened from one hour to half an hour, I needed to grab some food and rush back to the work place; where I discovered the error. if there is a language barrier clear it up quick by making sure to clearly understand your customers and give them what they order - that's if you want return customers. I do eat pork but very rarely...

Does anyone know what they charge for delivery? Before covid the hill was alwayscpretty much the order plus tax, but now there is like 20% extra charge. Is that for grubhub delivery?,
