Very disappointed with taste how they changed day by day very oily and even I order 8 Vadapav they got only one box fit all even it’s for couple of us since no plate when I ask for plate they gave only one plate . It used to be good with service and taste but now it’s notSo It’s not food stop for us anymore
Lively atmosphere with nice Indian vibes. Nice staff and good service. Food was good and freshly prepared. Samosas are damn good. I like them with the special Nandoo’s spicy green sauce. Chana Kulcha was tasty and hot. I recommend trying this place especially if you like hot and tasty Indian food.
I came to USA to meet my friend and he took me to this amazing restaurant. Me and my friend ordered dabeli and wow! it was so delicious! It reminded me of street food we have in India. It was worth every penny, I will be going there for every single day of my stay. Definitely recommend it.
We tried many items. But best part is Bombay grill
Good things:Vada Pav and Samosa Pav is the best in town. They serve sweet red chutney only if you eat there. If it’s takeout order, they give ketchup sachets which are so so. I loved their vada pav and samosa pav even more when I ate it there because of that sweet red chutney. So, if you want best vada pav, you’ve to go there and not order. Not so good things:Dabeli not so much. The stuffing in Dabeli was cold (refrigerated) which totally spoiled the experience. Maybe they forgot to heat it for my takeout order.
Plenty of reasons for 1 star, I was big fan of their dishes since they opened outlet. Also the owner and me know each other too. At beginning their services were awesome when Nandoobhai used to be present there.Today I ordered some dishes and told to pick up later (as they took prolonged ever like making spaceship) the guy on phone asked me the way of payment, I replied cash on pick up. Though he asked for my card name and card details (strange no contact number, where all the restaurants surrounding Newark Ave asked for name & contact number while you say cash on pick up). On the top the same time he tried to used the card and took money from my given account (which I rejected on bank security message). He asked me it’s not going through so I couldn’t take order. The cheap people greedy for money, can’t wait for customer come and pay. I had to go personally and pay cash for my order. The guy behaved like he’s the owner and rude on phone. If any of management people read this review keep in mind that your staff couldn’t take money from customer’s account without their concern (crime!!). You cheap fellows think that for our order we’ll not pay cash? This was last visit for the place, as have another options next doors.Above all, time of pick up at least 5-6 people waiting to place orders, inside their little bunker 10+ people available but no one care for awaiting customers. One lady before me in queue with little kid left the food cart (yes tiny place for kind of business) without place order but these people don’t care.Enjoy your greediness, attitude, arrogance and uncivilized behavior with you guys. We do business too and treat customers as our valuable asset. If you guys don’t care about customer service then soon or later pay for it.
Their food has always been fabulous but last weekend the chef catered for our event and I was rendered speechless. Literally every single guest asked us where the food was ordered from. It was finger licking good. They were so generous in quantities that we could serve every single guest with to go boxes as well. The quality and quantity is unbeatable for the price. It doesn't end here. The chef spent extra time with us to understand our needs and catered in such a way that the food remained of great quality despite of our venue being an hour away. Unlike other places the food was not at oily and I could tell that it was prepared fresh. We had so many extra sauces that we distributed it after the event as well.
Pani puri and Pav Bhaji are Awesome here! The Pani is a bit cold, but worth trying as the Puri’s were well decorated and super crispy.
Best wada pav, dabeli and paav bhaji in the City ! Definitely try their food.Their staff is the sweetest !!!!They also have a branch at 3501 jfk blvd
I visited Nandoos restaurant at Indian Street in NJ. You will never find this awesome food in entire town. A must go place for foodies.I Love it!
