The store is like a mess! And the staff was not trained well to answer any question! Most importantly, I ordered fresh milk tea it is no taste at all, the taro paste inside was like nothing ... it’s was almost 8 bucks are you kidding me....
So happy they expanded to NJ. This location has been opened for a few months now and it's connected to the Newport Centre via a bridge on the second floor but is located on the first floor of a office building facing Washington street and the Path Train station.They have some of the best Taiwanese desserts, my go to is the icy grass jelly signature.
I ordered shaved ice. How's my ice, CRUNCHY! This is the worst shaved ice experience I've ever had. They may as well gave me the ice cubes. The staff were not professional, and they could care less how that thing went.
quality wise edison is better. below average star because the location is horrible. no near by free parking. traffic congestion throughout the day. this shop should seriously consider moving to Livingston NJ with significant more customer base. the only reason to remain is if the shop gets free rent
The taro balls tastes great! My wife and daughter are happy with their orders (came fast and we were not the only customers inside their store). I will come back and also recommend this place.
Went in with a lot of expectations and was hoping to be blown away ‘cause of all the rave reviews, but the place didn’t quite live upto it, in terms of taste. Tried their Ube milk tea, mango milk shaved ice and the regular boba tea. The taste was ordinary and nothing exceptional. I’d say there are better options further down in Hoboken.
Love it. Always my favorite. Best Summer and winter dessert. But It is a little bit slow though, long waiting.
