As McDonald's go, it's pretty good. Food comes fast, they get the orders right, and the staff are quite friendly. Plus it has a nice walk-up window
Convenient spot in the area. I ordered on the app, breakfast, and was ready quickly. Addressing what a few others stated - my food was hot, packaged up fine and tasted the same as every other McDonald's.If there was one negative it is very small. So if a lot of people are waiting, could be annoying.Ultimately, my experience was what you would want with fast food - quick and accurate.
I like this McDonald's a lot because it's conveniently located by the path station and has a small area to dine in on the second floor (no elevator). From the 2nd floor, you can see their kitchen fully, and I find it quite entertaining to see the McDonald's operational chain.They often have promotions, or you can use the McDonald's app to get even better deals. It can get busy and a bit crowded downstairs, although we have never had to wait to eat upstairs (most people do take out).Their fries and nuggets are often fresh, I've only gotten "bad" ones once when it wasn't busy. Just go when it's busy for freshest food x)
Smallest Mickey D's ever....fastest too. Fish sandwich deal, 2 for $6. Let the Catholics about this ...it is Lent
Stationed in the area of lots of hotels and a university, this location is a high traffic or high volume area. I love because the food us always hot, fresh, and served up correctly..,...fast. You don't quite notice the staff because there was nothing personable attached to their service.
This was the sausage muffin I got from this McDonald's. Too late to take it back, already left the store.
I know it’s not a $15 burger from a steakhouse, but I can’t stand getting a burger that’s lukewarm. Thing was so smashed and old I thought it was a single patty… nope, it was the double I ordered.Ice cream cone wasn’t frozen either, so the top slid off on my kids stroller, while the staff watched me clean it up frantically, while not offering me even a wet napkin to help.Gross. Never going to this location again. The frozen burgers from the store taste better microwaved.
The location was convienent across street from path station, and the lady serving us in the morning was friendly and as always mcdonald's breakfast is very good.

The staff are very rude , cashier was by the bathroom door talking. Ask to go to the bathroom, she ask did I buy something!!!. She was not the staff I ask to the bathroom, she wasn't at her cash register. The next staff open for me. She still talking very rude to me.. I'm a first responder Emt just getting off work in Brooklyn. Hour train ride to Jersey city. When get to grove street, I go there bathroom. I always purchased something. I don't have to be told, when you not were you so pose to be .
