Yo idk who works at this place but the night shift is Garbo. I think the cooks are great but whoever’s packing the meals is so bad. Every single time I order after midnight, and I mean every single time, something is wrong with my order. I’m missing some food order, I got a different order, get an item that shouldn’t even be available(how did I get a chicken sandwich if you don’t sell them after midnight?????????? Crazy) and every single time, without fail, they miss the straw.Idk who you person that pack the orders but night shift ain’t for you. You need to sleep. Your kind is not meant for after 8. Take a nap lmao
Horrible customer service.few of the items were out.pies were all sold out but didn’t post any sign or told in advance before ordering.Front staff were too busy doing other things instead of taking care of customers.No greeting or have a nice day at all.most of the McDonald’s are just have bad customer service.Seems they don’t train there staff properly.they will just hire anyone and tell them give out food and have an attitude.
I mean it's McDonald's what do you expect.Low wages and small franchises to avoid union or any kind of employee representation.Food that will get you to the hospital if you eat too much of it.Another massive corporation out here to kill food diversity.

Fries were hot, mc chicken came out just how we asked for it and the Carmel frappe was good. Had a satisfying visit
I don't understand why it's a 24 hr store when there never open when I come in the morning I have to be at work and I'm hungry but I have to wait until there ready this is NOT RIGHT either they need to start cooking early or they need to change the time and turn off the light's. This is every day. Please do something about this.
Went there to pick a Doordash order and one of the employee started playing to give me the order and the recording without my permission. Black girl taking orders from drive thru ( Overnight Crew ) this happened on 05/08/2022.
I Now ONLY eat they fries ?... we can not go wrong with fries?
I did not appreciate their service, it was only one woman there who did her job. I got my order I had to put my food in my own bag, and was being ignored by most of the staff except for that women who took my order.
