My little boy and I always come here. We sit outside by the bench with umbrellas. It's close by Lincoln Park so after he had finished his fries and burger we go the playground at Lincoln Park.
They renovated and the service is even worse than before. They should've just took the time to train staff properly and get the orders right. The kiosks never give receipt so I never know my number when they call it out. They have two cash registers which apparently are never used because I can never catch anyone manning the register. On top of all that they never my order right. I go back only because it's the only McDonald's in Bayonne.
Ordered a mango smoothie and a mocha frappe, I used the app for the buy one get one free deal so I wouldn't have to pay an extra 4 dollars for a drink. The cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing and told me the deal went through when it didn't, then I got charged more than what it said on the machine. When I asked to get my 4 dollars back, another worker came up and said that I couldn't get my money back cause the offer didn't go through. Which means the cashier lied to me and made me waste 4 bucks. I WANT MY MONEY!
I payed for Bacon on a Qtr Pounder and did not get it, Fries were soggy af and then cashier gave me Spicy Buffalo sauce instead of Hot Picante which I requested #ridiculous
I came into this branch at 10:48am asking for breakfast and the lady at the register lied to me and said that breakfast stops being served after 10:30am then says they serve breakfast at 11am on the weekends. Terrible service overall.
It seemed very understaffed or employees moving to slow , they don't have drinks refills and burgers are made by just slapping everything on with no presentation at all,restrooms only had piping hot water to wash your hands
One of the most unprofessional, slowest, terrible McDonald I ever visited! We waited for an hour and a half, the line wasn’t moving, the driver ahead was sleeping and the people behind him stay there and waited. When it was finally our turn the joke of the night was that they’re only accepting Uber driver. What a disappointment.
I do Uber Eats and I was told twice that they are closed until 5 am. Both times I saw someone getting their food well before 5 am. I was told that was a mobile order. What is the difference between mobile order and Uber Eats.
This mcdonalds is super clean the staff is really professional and u can place orders by ur self in store using the little touch pads and or u can do it from grub hub or postmates
I go there 4am in the morning drive thru there closed the lady said from inside. Come back at 8 am front door open but not taken order lady saying go to drive thru we not taken orders inside. Your door open your taken orders there were 6 customers standing inside waiting for someone to take their order.
