We picked this restaurant based on the reviews and they couldnât have been more on point. The Service was Amazing, the waiter was so attentive and very knowledgeable and very polite. The food was delicious , every dish left you wanting more! Dessert was Excellent!
The view is beautiful and the food is pretty good. We had the burger, sea bass, short ribs and scallops and the branzino. Everyone thought the food was pretty good, but nothing exceptional. We all loved the crispy green beans!My kids who are on the older side really wished there were more options that were not seafood. They also added an automatic 20% gratuity for our party of five, which I felt was a little unnecessary and off putting. I would go back, but itâs not at the top of my list.
Great food and atmosphere. Slow service
Walked into the restaurant with no greeting for our 7:30 reservation and got sat at a table that was dripping water from ceiling pipe. Addressed the situation with waitress and hostess, seems like they forgot about us. I had to go up to the hostess at the front and ask about the situation and to get seated somewhere else and all within that 30 minute only served water. Waiters kept walking pass our table and didnât ask if weâre ready to order even though our menus on the table the entire time. Finally got our table switched and order taken by 8. Our drinks and starters came quickly and thought things were going to be better. No, the entrees took 1 hour+ to arrive. Our beef was beginning to cook at around 9:15, second to last customer when reservations were at 7:30. Beef request to be cooked at medium but came rare (almost raw, like just defrosted). Kitchen was nice enough to remake it without charge but this time, burnt outside⦠The waiters were more kind and attentive afterwards but the restaurant/ kitchen needs better management.
It is always a delightful experience to dine at Maritime Parc. Its setting in Liberty Park on the water makes it a perfect location for a mid-summer's night meal. Our server was cheerful and attentive, and our meals arrived promptly. Nothing about this visit disappointed.

Hostess very friendly and welcoming. Sat at bar for almost 10 minutes before the bar person even looked our way. Once I got his attention all was good. Main course took a long time to come out. The food and drinks are always good here. However, they cant seem to get the service right. Definitely give it a try, cant beat the location and Thursday night special value but be prepared to be there a while.
Food was very good as usual , the service was very good for the first half of our visit, it got extremely slow after that to te point of getting disappointing

Beautiful view , service great and food good. The chicken and salmon was my fav dishes. The steak was a little dry but besides that everything else was perfect ! Oooo and drinks were great too!
