went to pick up my order I placed online with district kitchen and no one was there. I can't even get a hold of someone for a refund.
Take my money from online order and no one is here to make the food.
Seems like a terribly run business.

The employees were EXTREMELY NICE. A very pleasant experience. The food however...Flavorless and poorly cooked rice. I feel bad because the staff was so nice that I really wanted to like it, but it just wasn't a winner. Sorry :'(
Terrible. The rolls are incredibly small and the tuna was old and mushy. Not worth it at all. Would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible service ordered 1 he in advance an receivers a cancellation from door dash because the restaurant was closed. Tried calling multiple times 15 min before their closing hour and still no response. Food is mediocre but the customer service is horrible.
The lunch special chicken teriyaki with rice was very flavorless and the vegetables tasted horrible - each bite into them released the bland (and awful smelling) water in which they were boiled.
