I took my Filipino grandmother here to have some home style filipino breakfast (tapsilog, bangus) and she was so happy. Everything we ate was delicious. Grab some of the fresh chicken chicharron if they have it - perfectly crispy without being oily or salty. And save room for halo halo as dessert. There's a small Filipino grocery and a bakery next door as well.

I always love visiting this Philippine restaurant. They have great food good prices. A few foods I have tried over the years.lechón (whole roasted pig), longganisa (Philippine sausage), tapa (cured beef), torta (omelette), adobo (chicken, pork or beef braised in garlic, vinegar, oil and soy sauce, or cooked until dry), kaldereta (meat stewed in tomato sauce and liver paste). Enjoy try new things and most of all be curious!

Absolutely love their food. My only complaint is how limited their hours are. It makes it hard to eat here as often as I'd like. If you get the chance, definitely try it.

BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!!! The employees are super rude and unprofessional. I placed an order over the phone at 2:30 pm with a male employee. He took the order and told me it would be ready. I drove 30 minutes to get here for no reason. As soon as I got there an older lady very rude and nasty promptly told me we are closed and kept repeating herself as if I didn’t understand English. I explained I placed an order over the phone and I am here to pick up and she repeatedly said we’re closed. Then I expressed I spoke to a male employee over the phone and I stated my order. He then came from the back and stated he tried to call me back but there was not a way to contact me. So I drove all this way for no reason at all. He acknowledged that I did in fact make the but did not even attempt to fix the problem. Telling a paying customer you are closed after an order was placed . So unprofessional. Don’t go here and don’t give this place your money. Not worth the rudeness the attitude and I professionalism. Online hours are not accurate. BAD BAD BAD!!!

Such an underrated Filipino restaurant! Their food never disappoints and the people who work there are very nice and generous with their food. The beef steak with rice is my personal favorite, I have been eating that same dish since 2015. I still go back to this day!

I would recommend getting the halo halo. Very delicious treat!

This place is worth visiting. They have large portions for reasonable rates. Regularly well kept and with great vibes. Will come visit again.

The food is always well prepared and tasty, workers hands over excellent service. I really like how neat it is and ambience. Will come back again.

Friendly Filipino eatery with simple, tasty meals. Their most popular dish is tapsilog, which is Filipino cured beef. Costs around $8, and most of their other dishes are a very reasonable $5-6. There’s a parking lot out front. And at the time of this posting, there’s a couple outdoor tables for dining.Overall 5/5 perfect spot to satisfy your quick Filipino cravings in Jersey City.

First time here and had the owners nicely walk me through the menu. Ordered the lechon dinner plate. Great crisply texture in the meat.
