Terrible workers. They don't know what they're doing and as a result, they canceled my order despite telling me it was on the way. They had the nerve to make me wait on the phone and act annoyed. Literally never ordering from here again. The things I originally wanted to order weren't even available (no, it wasn't one of the foods that are available depending on what day of the week it is). Was ordering as a sirps8e for my grandma. Thanks for ruining everything.
Delicious and fresh food every time I go there! However I would suggest paying attention to the prices one lady says one thing and the other says something different. Other than that I recommend this place for the closet authentic Spanish food in Jersey City.
I order food and they never brought it to me, they mixed up the order and gave it to someone else and never refunded my money. Beware.
Disgusting Avena and over fried yesterday’s empanadas and papa rellena.. waste of time and money!!! I never write a bad review but they knew exactly what they were doing by selling days old food.

The food is good ... Price is right. But......... there is a sign in front of the cashier window that says there is a 4% discount for cash payment ...this is not the truth. I asked the lady once ... Hey what about my discount this sign is talking about??, the lady stop understanding English at that point. I'm confused about why the sign is hanging up if no one is going to honor it ...
I'm dominican so for the regular customer is great. Low salt consistent flavor. For me personally y like a lot of seasoning on my food. The empanadas, alcapurrias where over fried NOT MY FAVORITE that was the only complain butttt... it was PACKED!!!!! LOTS OF VARIAITY OF REAL FOOD NO BOX FOOD.
I just got off the phone from trying to place an order, first they pass the phone to 3 different ladies and the last person asks me for my number and I had to repeat myself 3 times and she was so annoyed but then she takes my order and I ask if I can pay with card over the phone. The lady says yes so I begin giving her the number after giving her 12 digits of the card she asks for the expiration and I tell her I still need to give her 4 more digits of the card and raising her voice she begins demanding for the expiration number to which I explain I still need to give her 4 more digits of the card and she starts taking a deep breath and goes ugh and at that moment I just told her to cancel my order and to learn to have customer service. Horrible service. In the past I had the same experience but I decided to give it another chance as some people can have a bad day too but enough is enough. You can’t just take your frustrations out on customers and raise your voice because you think you can.
The food was very good I would recommend this place to everyone that's how tasty it was and very filling.
