In the past year or so, Larry and Joe’s has taken a significant nosedive into mediocre food and painfully long delivery wait times. They’ve frequently taken over an hour to deliver my food but today my order took over 2 hours and it only consisted of two items. Talking to an employee, I was informed that they only have one worker making deliveries. Below-average food, long wait times AND no one wants to work at your pizza spot? I think that speaks volumes about this establishment. You’re better off trying Vinnie’s Pizzeria on 431 Danforth Avenue as quality and impeccable service are NOT found at Larry and Joe’s.

Great Pizza, This is one of the best Pizza in Jersey City, Very friendly staff

Been my spot since hs, consistent good meals every time

Delicious food. Excellent and classical atmosphere.Excellent lasagne and pizza.

Family oriented pizzeria ? I've been going to this spot since I was a teenager and it's still up and running which says a lot about the establishment ??

classic NJ pie - i moved outta NJ a long time ago but always look forward to getting NJ pizza when i’m home. my dad just moved to Jersey City and this was the first pizza spot we tried out and we weren’t disappointed. so so good. only critique would be the crust could be fluffier.

Fast service nice professional staff excellent food ? I know the Family for many years I order pizza etc for my Kids The tables are clean neat etc highly recommend them for parties Xmas etc

Courteous and professional staff. Food was fresh and delicious! Pricing was great! ❤

I barely ever leave reviews… ever! I’ve only ordered pizza from here and ever since my first order with this place, I’ve been ordering here ever since. I like that they are consistent. I can count on fresh, soft, good quality, tasty and hot pizza every single time. I always ask for a side of Parmesan cheese and not once have they forgotten it, not once. I am only giving them 4 stars because there has been times I wanted a sausage pie and they were out of sausage and so I would have to settle for another topping. But other than that no complaints.

I love to support small family owned businesses but..... they only accept cash , limited menu, the sauce can use some flavor Nd less oily. On a good note for 23$ I got a large pie and a chicken calzone. The calzone was good but they definitely could of stuffed it more . The cheese they use you can tell is the good stuff. This place has its pros and cons I will definitely try them one more time hopeful will be great next time . They been around so long for a reason .
