I discovered this restaurant by chance... it's a nice surprise, delicious cuisine, healthy... a dynamic and respectful team
This is an on the go review for a cute and yummy on the go spot. A few blocks away from Grove path station, this little cafe offers cute onigiri with both old school and fusion vibes. If you need something to hold you over without weighing you down, Koro is the solution. May I suggest the spicy salmon. Enjoy!
Gem of a spot in Jersey City near the main promenade. Great selection of wraps and stuffing choices. Reasonable prices. Definitely worth stopping in and trying at least one.
A cute, chill shop offering onigiri but with a fusion twist. Their fun fillings cover everything from Japanese to Korean to Venezuelan. And the rice balls work surprising well, not to mention super portable and ready-to-go. For $15, you could grab around 3 different rice balls, which I'd say is a pretty great meal.
What a wonderful gentleman behind the counter. Thank you for your patience with me as it was my first time trying this place. I will be back! Food was good and I can't wait to try other types of rice balls :)
Customer service I received from this place was exemplary. The onigiri are tasty snacks. The miso soup is heartier than you might expect with bits of yam and other vegetables. I liked the Korean BBQ rice balls especially. Would order from here again when the mood strikes.
Efficiently executed presentation of Asian fusion cuisine. The conchita gives you an excellent Hispanic styled rice ball taste with a heavy kick. You can see how Korean BBQ and miso beef can be fan favorites as they really deliver. The Nutella rice ball is an unexpected gem. Be sure to try the turmeric iced tea!
2 for the fillings and 4 for the rice and seaweed. I was really craving some classic 7-11 flavors, but walked away with an onigiri shaped hole in my heart...
Most favorite place to eat in JC. Perfectly sized and perfectly flavored. Comfort food exemplified!
Tasty rice balls in a nice outdoor seating area.
