They have jain options available.Recently tried their Jalapeño Cream Cheese Sushi and Avocado Cucumber Roll - loved it.They have a lovely ambiance and wait time was hardly 5 mins (the time I visited was not soo busy)

From the outside this one lace looks quiet and plain, but actually it is quite lovely inside. The staff is attentive and I noticed that there were several sets of regulars around us which is always a good sign. I’m was surprised by the generous amount of fish in the maki. I can see this place becoming my go-to spot for the times when I want to go somewhere low-key, but with good quality traditional rolls or don.

Tried their lunch on a Friday. The back of the restaurant was a lot bigger than the store front and had a water view (a nice surprise). Service was friendly and efficient.Had the Sukiyaki Don. The thin sliced beef was tender. Liked the clear noodles. But the dish tasted too sweet for me.We also ordered 3 rolls: Spicy Tuna Roll, Yellowtail Scallion Roll, and Eel & Cucumber Roll. All were good.Glad to find another good place for dining out.

The ambiance was great and view of the Jersey City waterfront was beautiful. I went for the standard California roll and eel & cucumber roll and both were delicious. Looking forward to going back and trying out more of their menu!

Great lunch combos. Sushi and Sashimi Combo recommended!

Great place to grab lunch. We had a mix order of specialty rolls and for main I ate their Katsu curry don. Will absolutely visit again. Highly recommend the Special ST2 roll.

Our go to place in Newport area. The food is always top class and so are the drinks. The presentation of the food is always very nice and the service is also good. The servers are very courteous and helpful. The receptionist is also very kind. Would recommend this place for tasty sushis and drinks

Food was good and service was adequate. Place has decent views and ambiance.Items we had:1. Miso soup (4/5)2.spicy salmon roll sushi (5/5)3. Chicken kotsu curry (5/5)4. Udon noodles with shrimp tempura (3/5) was a little bland and lite on the flavors.Overall a good experience at a convenient location, would go back.

Unfortunately, this is an edited review, from 5 stars to three, which is me being nice. This sushi place is my go-to, but only if you go in person. I placed a pretty big order for my coworkers and me, and it came without utensils or chopsticks. All the sushi rolls were on the same platter, and they did not even look appetizing, just thrown together. I am all for supporting restaurants in this challenging time we are having due to covid, but you have to do better if you want us to spend our hard-earned money at your restaurant.

This restaurant is very dirty over all at the level you lose your appetite. 日本人は絶対行ってはいけないお店。I found a mushroom on my Udon that was bitten by someone else (they are reusing it?). Also this restaurant is not operated by Japanese. Very sad since this restaurant used to be great. Probably the owner change happens.
