It is an excelent place with awesome people, they are very friendly and know everything about each product and its preparation, variety and delicious organic ingredients. The costumer service is excellent especially for Ron and Gabby they always make me feel welcome.Many always welcoming with a big smile
Jade and Ron are always so kind and inviting. Always make my day, no matter how stressful of a day I’m having. Just salad Newport feels like a home away from home. No matter how many times I come, I always get treated with amazing hospitality ( and look forward to jades amazing makeup) . I always get a few days worth of salads. Jade & Ron both know what I want before I even have to say anything ! Amazing supervisors. I will keep coming back for the food and staff ! Keep up the good work guys !
Placed an app order at 1:10 and it said 'ready in 20min'. After waiting 30min past the pickup time today, speaking to the staff 4 times on the status of my order and being told "just a few more minutes", I walked out without a salad. Couldn't wait any longer. The staff was doing their best but completely overwhelmed and the system had completely broken down. Can't recommend unfortunately.

It was my first time at just salad in Newport and let me tell you the service was amazing. The server Nazareth helped me decide the perfect order for me very friendly. I loved my blue bowl. Definitely will come back soon!

Best Salad place in downtown Jersey City, I go there every weekday. Service is great, especially from Ron and Manny. They are always upbeat, salad is mixed well with consistent proportions and quick. Good vibes.

This just salad is the best store in the franchise. Everytime I come they greet me with kindness and always great conversation. The food is absolutely amazing and always spot on. Manny always makes sure I’m taken care of as well as the workers Larissa. Jannette, and ron. All the staff are very helpful and the store is always clean and spot on! I ordered a Tokyo Supergreens Salad, Tofu a few weeks ago because my diet is restricted to halal or vegetarian foods. When I told one of the staff members my order, she didn't understand me at all and had to ask another co-worker if he could listen to my order. It also seemed like it was her first time making this specific salad because she kept referring to a sheet of paper, so I was worried she would accidentally give me chicken instead of tofu. Due to this, as we moved further along the station, I tried to emphasize that I ordered tofu, but she didn't understand me again and started asking me about what sauce I wanted. Once she was done with my order, she checked off the entirely wrong option (Thai Chicken Crunch Salad) on the receipt. I was extremely concerned by this, so I told the staff member at the register that I actually ordered Tokyo Supergreens and how I believe I got chicken instead. She replied by saying, "You can just open it and check." As I was opening it, she took a quick glance at it and said it was tofu, so I thought I could feel reassured. However, when I took it back and started eating it, I realized the entire order was in fact, incorrect, and I got chicken instead. This was a terrible first experience at Just Salad (as well as my first time writing a review) and I don't plan to revisit any of its locations again.
