Very positive experience so far. Ordered online branzino butterfly and salmon fillet then picked up in a store. Good quality, good experience. Will definitely come back.
Update my previous review.The owner reached out early next day and sincerely apologized for my previous experience. After talking to him, you can tell that he does value the customer experience, and willing to make efforts to make things right. I'd like to give this place another try.I ordered their surprise bag though the app too good to go. The first time experience was great. So I placed an order again today.This is the fish I got today. When I got home and opened the package, I was so disappointed with the quality of the fish. It not just has a funny smell, the bones are almost fell off the skin and the meat looks yellowish and rotten. This is not in an eatable condition at all.I called the store to see if they made a mistake or something. The person who answered the phone said “well I prepared the fish. It might have a little bit smell, but just wash it and you brought it though the app in discount. We got it in Monday if we could sold it then we won’t sell it for discount on Saturday, right? If we don’t sell it though the app in discount, we could just throw it in garbage.”Anyway it’s a terrible experience, now I throw the fish in garbage. As a fish stand they should be shamed to sale rotten fish to their customers. If you don’t want to sell it in discount then don’t do it. Selling rotten fish is just unacceptable.Btw, the fish in the photos are washed and cleaned a little bit. The original condition was even worse. I wish I didn’t waste time to clean it….. Just ??
This store has great fresh and frozen fish available. They also have all kinds of shellfish. Better go early or reserve in advance because they are popular! Added pic of prepared cod which was delicious!
