Came and the greeter was sitting down in a booth on the phone. I said hello it just me, and she said the dining area was closed. "We close in 45 minutes," she then smiled and giggled. Really, there were people seated waiting for their food. I made my order, and I was instructed to have a seat in the dining area. I remained standing and waited for my order patiently. The people seated received their order, and then I received my order 2 minutes later. Total time for the wait 20 minutes. I get to the office, and hey, no utensils or syrup. Wow totally disappointed, unsatisfactory experience with service to boot.
Our waitress went above and beyond. It was a Sunday went with my family after church the wait wasn't that bad. Quick service everyone's food came out the way they asked. Going again on Sunday.
Went in on March 15, 2022 at 7:45PM, was refused a table becase "the server is not accepting people anymore at this time" even if they close at 9PM according to the data on Google Maps.Very disappointed! I was looking forward to getting some country fried steak and pancakes.

Enjoyed the food!This is the first ihop I’ve ever been to that didn’t brown my eggs. They made everything perfect to temp. And the server was really good. She came when needed and let us enjoy our food when needed. Highly recommend
