Last night, I went to Hard Grove restaurant with a group of 4. We had a terrible experience from the moment we walked into the restaurant. They couldn't find our reservation but sat us anyways since the place was nearly empty. We had to request the restaurant week menu. The service was slow and more concerned with us buying alcoholic beverages than taking our food order. It took them one hour to bring us 2 of 4 appetizers we ordered. After 2 hours, they tried to bring out 2 of the 4 entrées while we were still waiting for the other 2 people in our party to get their appetizers. The waiter was rude when we asked him for help. He tried to confront us claiming that all 4 appetizers were served. He finally went to the back of the kitchen to confirm we were right. At this point, we were afraid they might contaminate our food therefore we requested a check for only the food we consumed and beverages. He refused and argued that the food was already made in the back and we have to pay for it. We refused because after 2 hours of waiting and arguing with him we were over the place and needed to head to our next destination. He claimed "this isn't Olive Garden, we are a small mom and pop place and you have to pay." At this point, we asked to speak to a manager. The manager came to address our concerns but still insisted on us taking the food to go, we emphasized we didn't want food from the establishment. After a bit of back and forth, she finally agreed and brought us a check for the food we consumed.I'm was extremely disappointed in this experience and don't recommend this place.

EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE & LONG WAIT TIME:A group of us decided to go to Hard Grove for restaurant week and we made rsvp. We arrived at 6:30 pm. The following took place:1. They said there was no RSVP under the name given.2. They took a long time to get our drinks.3. We ordered 4 appetizers to start and they took an entire hour to get 2 appetizers to the table.4. Due to the long wait time we had to order another round of drinks.5. We had to continously ask if the order was ready and then we were told that they had given us all the appetizers which was not true.6. After constant inquiries about the timing of the food we realized we had been sitting there for 2 hours. We had to cancel. And after we canceled we were told that our food was ready. We told them we would only pay for what we consumed and that we wouldn't not be paying for anything else if it had not reached the table. The server Got irrate and demanded we pay. The manager got involved and we were charged full price for our drinks and appetizers (not restaurant week specials). He said this is NOT the Olive Garden and demanded we pay.In order to avoid Further spectacle in the restaurant we paid for our drinks and APPETIZERS and we left.

Recently I had dinner here with a group of friends. Although initially the service was a bit choppy and unorganized, we even had to ask if we could get another round of drinks, the food was spot on, very good. Everyone enjoyed their appetizers and entrees. Just need to get their wait staff on the same page and organized.

Omg the food and mojito are great

Affordable, delicious food and great service! The chimichurri steak was delicious and had a great charred taste. The ham and cheese fried appetizer thing I forgot the name of was awesome. The empanadas were huge, too. Our water glasses stayed full and the cafe con leche we ended our meal with was some of the best I’ve had (and it was under $5 for a huge cup). Almost all of the appetizers were under $10, and although most are small portions I think it’s perfect because they’re so filling. The inside reminds me of a college bar mixed with a hip restaurant, which is a weird vibe, but it grew on me! Overall, can’t wait to go back and try the brunch — great prices for great food.

Honestly, I wasn't mad at this place. Although the mojito pitcher felt a wee bit (say it with your pinky out) weak, the food was filling and not bad at all (I got their Cuban sandwich). No complaints, but I definitely would return to try their brunch. The prices aren't bad and the staff was very friendly.

Wonderful owners! Great space, good food!

great music n wine... love it

Worse experience... came here for my birthday brunch. I made reservations in advance. Me and my friends arrived at 1:45pm, we sat at a table and waited 45 minutes without service. We left because due to the terrible customer.

Great food and Service was wonderful. I went for Sunday brunch and the music was great!
