2⭐ because it fits the purpose of it and price is average but food in general were tasteless, warm... not hot for lunch time (at 1:45pm). It's a typical Dominican food with lack of Dominican spirit.Location is at main street with a lot of potential, unfortunately for the owners, they aren't to see it !!

The food lacks flavor. The yellow rice was too wet and gooey like it was rushed, the beans had barely any taste and the BBQ chicken was COLD!!Another thing I would say i didn’t like was the portions, he filled it up with as much rice as he could and then added a spoonful of beans and 3 pieces of chickenThe only good about this place is they don’t have a minimum on cardDo I recommend?Naaa, there is way better Dominican spots with affordable prices.
Disappointed. The rice was bad, the oxtail was not good either. This experience taught me a lesson, if the rice doesn’t look good, walk away. I don’t usually throw food out but 90% of my $12 meal ended up being thrown out.
