Found them on google when looking for food in Jersey City. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich, buffalo wings, & cornbread. Everything was great but the cornbread was the best we’ve ever had. We will definitely be back.
Never. Ever. Disappoints. I have gotten food several times- Mac n cheese, Jamaican jerk bowl, chicken curry bowl, cauliflower hash, carrot cake. All so amazing. And so much flavor!! Truly one of the best spots in JC for food. Everything is always so good. AND the staff are super nice and friendly, especially upon my first visit- meeting Stephanie and Prince. Highly highly recommend!
The best pulled pork burger I’ve had in a min ! And even thou the wings were a bit small, they were kickin’ w/that Buffalo sauce ! Overall great stuff.!
Consistently one of the best restaurants in Jersey City hands down. Ive ordered for myself, family, friends and coworkers and they all love the food here. Pulled pork burrito and the Steak sandwich are the best. The desserts are also amazing. You can tell everything is fresh and handmade quality food. I love Ghost Truck!
I really enjoy a few of the menu items, namely: grilled garlic cheese with tomato bisque, the wings, Mac & cheese, corn bread (oh the corn bread!).I found the buffalo chicken sandwich really underwhelming Vs the rest of the food - needed more buffalo, chicken needed to be cooked a bit more & blue cheese didn't add enough zest on the sandwich (maybe to dip it'd be better, & then having a different cheese melted on the sandwich itself).There are only a couple stools in the store - it's mainly a delivery/takeout service - so don't expect to dine In.
Exqusite.The service was magnificent. The staff had a great vibe in general. 10/10But it was the food that put a smile on my face. I ordered the Buffalo Mac’n Cheese and the Ceasar Salad. WOW! The salad was perfect, with the delicious Ceasar dressing separate, so you could add the perfect amount for you.The Mac’n Cheese… My mouth start watering just by writing this. I cannot describe the dish, you’ll have to taste it yourself. Highly recommended!And their homemade carrot cake with whipped cream and salted caramel was so tasty!I’ll be back as soon as I can! 11/10
Ordered a large catering order from them with a less than 24 hours notice. The owner delivered it himself and the food was very tasty and delicious. Everyone raved about for the rest of the day. 5 Star Service! 10/10 would recommend!

I finally found some good vegan and vegetarian food in jersey city. The vegan Bahn Yu was delicious and well seasoned including the cauliflower hash browns. The carrot cake is now on my top five as best carrot cake I ever had. I will be a returning customer
As someone who rarely writes reviews, I came here specifically to say that I'm not even the hugest fan of carrot cake but GTK serves a huge portion and has me scraping the plate. It is gooey, caramel-y, and a real treat. Order the doggone carrot cake!
