Food was amazing fast pace team & very much respect! I love coming here! Only thing is I am not sure if the air conditioning is turn on or not but it’s very much hot. I can tell that the employees were sweating.

I ordered through Uber Eats. My daughter who is very picky only eats plain BLT's. Her entire sandwich was missing from the order that included three fries and two burgers. When I called the store, the line was left open while I was put on hold and I heard the discussion in the store about complaints before I was out fully on hold. When someone returned to the line, they claim to be the one to have put that order together personally and it left in the bag and claimed the Uber driver with a four start rating took JUST the plain BLT out of the bag and that there was nothing they could do. The blatant disregard for customer service and accommodating an obvious oversight on THEIR part was abhorrent. Great way to treat hardworking families trying to support local businesses
Good food, clean, fast, and just the way you want it. The fries are amazing, Cajun fries even better!
The Manager at the Westside and University Ave branch listened patiently and promptly made an effort to retrieve the order I placed in error at the wrong branch in Jersey City. With no hesitation, he gave me a brand new order at his branch. Awesome service!!!
Placed an order for delivery, the first guy named Micah on Uber went for my order and left without confirming. I explained this to the staff & they said they sent out my order awhile ago & it’s not there priority to make sure it’s confirmed. I told them that means you’ll have to prepare the order again since he never came to deliver it and it’s still “preparing” in the app, they refused.
Place is nice and clean. I just had large Cajun fries but this place provides way less fries than any other five guys I have been to.
Ordered my food online at 6:45PM. It said ready at 6:53PM. I got here at 7:00PM cause it’s always late here when I order online. Like they always take forever. It’s now 7:15PM. I stood here for 15 minutes watching them dance around and crack jokes. Stood here for staring at my burger getting cold. The fries have been cooked for ten minutes now. They’re just standing around. Playing music and dancing. It’s now 7:20PM and I finally got my food.
The food is on point just like any other five guys grease bomb burger. It took awhile to get out food.Obviously it’s fresh but it took a while and we were the beginning of the lunch rush we were walking out of there 20 mins after we ordered.Next time I’ll order ahead.Everybody was really friendly and the place was clean.
Great food but I called while walking over so everything would hopefully be ready by the time I got there. The girl making the burgers was fast and had already put my burgers in the bag. The fry guy took forever and was not paying attention…walking slowly around his station. Even after I asked if my order was ready he gave an order someone who came in after me. So I had cold burgers and hot fries…
