3.5 stars: the quality all depends on what you get: the fresh juices and roast chicken are good. Also good breakfasts.The chicken empanadas tasted sour and refried unfortunately. The chicken soup was just fine (though nice that it comes with rice).The shop itself hasn't changed much over the years. And I wouldn't say the service (at least last Tuesday) was that great.
Ordered Baked Chicken and rice. It was delicious. Definitely will recommend this place to get food!
This place almost never answers their telephone, I haven't been able to order food from this location in over a year ?? they should just let their customers know that they no longer deliver instead of having people call a number and no one ever picks up!!
Really awful service. Waited for almost 10 mins before I was asked for my order and the sour-faced woman said HUH? several times in my face. Then without acknowledging it she just turned around and started making someone else’s order and after seeing the poor hygiene practices and being greeted like that I told her to cancel my order (if she even took it) and left. Another customer chased after me and asked if the staff had been rude because she too had the same experience. Food looked very average but maybe it’s delicious.
I ordered from this place through GrubHub and the food was horrible I found a piece of hair in my plantains the chicken tasted dry and reheated, also one of the items I ordered was missing, it was the worst experience of my life I will never order from this place ever again I do not recommend it.
Please anyone reading this review save your money. This establishment is by far the lowest quality I have ever experienced. The food is mediocre and the staff is negligent of English speaking black customers. I ate there one time before but never again. On this occasion, I entered the restaurant saying hello and I was totally ignored. The lady wasn’t serving anyone (the place was empty and now I understand why) didn’t acknowledge me and turns her back towards me. I refused to be disrespected therefore I walked out. I said”this place needs improvement”, as I was walking out and the gentleman who was dining next door said to me “don’t bother with that place, nobody eats there, it ain’t worth it.”
Bought two different kind of empanadas. Cheese and chicken. You can obviously tell which one is chicken. The meat was dry and hard. The one with the black stuff is supposed to be cheese. I don't know what it is but it's definitely not cheese. I'm not saying they have horrible food but you cannot sell this to people. Hopefully we don't get sick ? Take them off the menu!!!!
Best fried pork meat ever…The seasoning is amazing, garlic and oregano flavorThe fried plantain is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Slow horrible service.Waitresses with attitudes. Don’t wear plastic gloves because they want to show off fake nails. Loose hair hanging against health codes.
Breakfast sandwich was great! The lady that helped me at the counter and made me sandwich was super nice. It was also super affordable for the size of the sandwich. Found this place on my last day in town. Sad I couldn't be back for some new foods!
