My coffee was warm not hot and there was no access to the restroom. Lady working register wasn’t very friendly on top of this. I was in there around 7:15pm she locked the doors at 7:30pm when they were supposed to be open till 8pm
Tells you what they dont have after you pay for it. Takes long to prepare simple orders.
This store has Very unprofessional and rude people working here. I was waiting on line to order, and it wasn't moving, so I started placing a pickup order, and I would hear the employees arguing with the customers and with each other. I stepped aside to wait for my order, but that was a mistake, as I watched the people behind me pick up their orders.Seems like they prioritize the customers that place orders in person. Will not be coming back here again.Too many issues.
They guy and young lady who worked on Sunday morning are so sweet and very nice.... They are very helpful and have a smile and is very friendly keep up the good work ?
The team is obviously short staffed but trying their hardest. They are doing the best they can and I really appreciate that. 5 Stars!

Very disappointed, if I can I will give 0 stars.Spend over $11 on bagels and they are hard like rock. I ordered 3 not toasted and 1 toasted and I don’t know which were worst. All of them end up in the garbage. Is even more disappointing that I asked the lady for fresh bagel and looks like all she had was bagels from like Friday or Saturday. I tried few times to shop at this Dunkin but every time was a disappointment.If u open that early u should have a fresh product and more happy employee at the register. The lady was clearly not happy to be there.I will appreciate respond.
