It’s at a convenient location. Clean, well maintained seating area. Friendly staff. Not a drive through facility. Kinda difficult to find parking. That apart it’s a good place.
Staff was really friendly. Drinks were so-so. So many people waiting to get drinks. We got 1 drink here and there instead of getting our drinks all at once. Didnt really enjoy the Blue Raspberry Coolatte...ended up buying a Vanilla Bean Coolatte. Donuts are ok.
I’ve been going to this Dunkin for almost 14 years…this is the worst I have ever seen it. Staff does not pay attention to orders or what is ordered. They are extremely unorganized and cannot make a complete order in a timely fashion. I asked for extra ice this is what I got.
Always out of speciality milk for more than a week at a time. Certain mornings you have to wait literally 20-45 minutes for your order. They cannot handle their business at all when it gets busy. They close their mobile app service and forget to put it back on certain days. They close early on sunday nights and still allow you to purchase food and drinks and tell you to come back another day to get them. Today I ordered two lattes at 8:30 on the mobile app. It's now 9:22 and I'm still waiting. I had to ask them what happened to my order for them to start making it. Unreal. This is the last time I come here. I had enough. Going to walk a little farther to Summit Ave but totally worth it. Getting coffee to start your morning is supposed to put you in a good mood. Not stress you out. Unreal.
How does a Dunkin donuts ALWAYS mess up your order especially when it's computer generated through the mobile app. How?
Every time I order the avocado bacon toast every where else they put a reasonable amount of bacon because you’re paying extra for it. But here every time I order this it seems they don’t have enough bacon.Terrible service
I never usually sit in but a friend and I just wanted to sit, relax and chat. Nice and quiet.
Love the morning crew. Carol, Eddilynn, Joaquin are the best! They are always on top of everything. I always say they need a raise the way they remember drinks and have you in abs out!!! If they lose them I’m out!
If you want excessive caffeine get their drinks. If you want actual decaf, go somewhere else.
Awesome coffee to start with and the mini munchkins , apple fritter was awesome combo.Do try their in season pumpkin spice latte( my roomies fav) and cocoa mocha latte.Enjoy!
