Great overnight staff. Coffee always delicious!
My boyfriend was ordering coffee on the drive thru and as soon as he said "can I get?" The employee started making fun of him and repeating "can I?" "Can I?" Then he started mumbling something in the background. He was probably drunk or just being annoying so he wouldn't have to make coffee
Courteous staff I came in with my students who have special needs and the staff was so patient with them.
Messed up my ice coffee 2 times. I don’t understand how they have people working there that don’t listen to customer
Very crowded in the AM hours. Store is managed well and despite the crowd service is quick.
Food and drinks are made perfectly everytime. One of the best dunkins.
Slow service. Employees at the registers including the Manager having a conversation distracted and ignoring the customers.Won't go back unless I have plenty time to waste.
Lousy service, I'm asking for my order right now being 4:10 pm I'm served by a brunette girl with headphones on, she doesn't understand anything I ask, then I complain about my order, the two girls who are there treat me badly there and besides that I can't say anything because another boy who is attending to the cars comes out and confronts me treating me badly they think that because they are dark ones one has to be afraid of them and it is not like that, I have many dark friends and I do not have nothing against them but they insult me in the worst way so I do not recommend that place for anything very bad service.
Came on a Friday afternoon. Was not very crowded. However the variety of doughnuts wasn't great. There were quite a few cars in the drive-through.
Regularly visit this location stopped by tonight at 8 pm est only to be told their ovens were off and when I tried to order a coolata multiple times the cashier kept repeating back that I wanted an ice coffee which I did not. After she laughed and said "it's the same thing" I decided to forget the order altogether. Please train your staff.
