The tall skinny lady and the old man are always rude.it s not the customers problem if you hate your job.the other staff are great
Close and has a parking lot are its assets. Staff is rude and / or distant, they don't make you feel welcome, they are frequently out of the most popular items, and they frequently make mistakes.
If I could give zero stars to this Dunkin’s I will. The donuts were dry and stale. Not great customer service. Less ice in coffee = .50 cents more???? Is that even real.
I received very bad customer service here. I had been looking through the menu on the app around noon and was going to order a drink from Dunkin’, but decided otherwise. I went elsewhere to get some food and a drink and continued on with my day. I look through my card transactions at around 5pm and it showed I had ordered coffee at 12pm on the dot. I realized there was a mistake and since I was already nearby, maybe they could help me clear it up. They didn’t seem busy so it didn’t seem like much of a problem, I thought. I explained the situation to a man in his 50s or 60s (maybe) and he said “ok” and spoke to a fair-skinned lady in her late 20s or 30s (maybe) that was behind the counter. She, seeming very annoyed, asked me if I ordered the coffee in the morning. I said no, the order was at noon and I didn’t know I even ordered it. She cut me off and said something like “you ordered it in the morning. You should’ve came in the morning and got it! We throw old drinks out.” I explained again and asked it could be made for me. She then said some things to the man and walked away then behind the wall, yelled at me saying I should’ve came in the morning when I ordered it because she does not remake anyones drinks. At this point, I knew I wouldn’t want to consume whatever she prepared for me. After 10 seconds of her saying that, she said “Coffee” after placing a drink on the pick up section and quickly walked away, said something to the man and went to the back. I ended up not drinking it and instead threw it away. I’m very disappointed about the hostile lady and her attitude. This is not a place I would recommend or return to. I hope she finds the help she needs, whether it be therapy, religion, a new job, etc but serving customers is NOT for her.

Pretty unprofessional and they cant even prepare a coffee which is already machine made. Pretty rude folks..!! Customer service is bad. Cant make a proper cappuccino..!! Please don’t waste your money..!! Help small business instead of these chains..!!
The customer service there is great, even on their peak hours you will have your drink ready quickly.

Use to be my top Dunkin to go to. But more recently I would say within the last 4 months (July 2021- now) it has gone downhill. First off the staff is miserable, and just depressing. And I was charged .50 cents (by an older guy) after he scanned my free beverage rewards coupon, from my app. This is the only Dunkin that I have ever experienced that! I don’t know what’s going on with this one lady that works there, but she is just always sad. Anyone can walk in there and you will know who I’m talking about. We get it, you work in customer service. But she’s always sad/angry and it’s a depressing reflection on Dunkin.
