Very rude and the staff billed us extra! After asking , she started arguing and told us the combination we ordered would also come up the same amount.. After showing the display board she accepted.obviously the coffee tasted really bad because she was not happy.
This guys change for no ice in ur drink I Oder refresher and I asked for no ice she charged me 1$ saying it's gonna be 1$ extra and themanager told me that it's management fee
The staff here are not very nice and they are frequently out of things. They seem to have an attitude about their customers that interferes with providing food & service.I stopped there recently because I was in the area, and they DO have a parking lot, which is a big plus in Jersey City. The counter clerk and the manager were both in a snit because the previous customer paid with a swipe card (for one coffee), and they were apparently unfamiliar with how that works. While I was standing waiting to place my order the clerk ran out of the building while the manager stepped to the counter and began messing with the register. He acted as if I wasn't there.The clerk came back with the customer, who very nicely apologized and reswiped and everything was fine, so the clerk finally took my order. They had maybe 4 choices of donut, this is the middle of the afternoon. No one apologized for making me wait. I paid and left and probably won't go back. There are many Dunkin Donuts and a Krispy Kreme in JC, so I don't need to go to a place where they think customers are a bother.
Not bad.. had better service and better drinks but not to bad.
As always great coffee & donuts. I love the coffee with pumpkin shot and my favorite chocolate donut!
They open it at 6 AM. I had to wait 1 hour based on google time. Morever, staff barely knows English. I had to ask them 4 times that what I want.

I've been coming here for years it's so odd that Rup caught an attitude because I asked for less ice in my cold brew. The reason why I asked for less ice is because knowing the employees they tend to add way too much ice which leaves barely any room for the drink itself. Not only did she catch an attitude with me but she basically tried to rush me out of the place by speeding up the transaction in the system then didn't say anything after that. There were no customers after me. It was just me, Rup and a cook. Before taking my order Rup had no issues helping two white men she was jolly as ever. Whoever is responsible for hiring at this location needs to be more thorough with the hiring process.
This location is on the small side. It does offer parking, indoor seating and a large rest room.The service was good. Only two workers,( 1 counter and 1 food worker) so easily burdened if lage groups enter
