Worst customer service EVER. The employee refused to take our order or allow me to use the store restroom. She even came and made sure the door was locked to the bathroom area while passing me at the cashier not taking my order. Hateful sick people. I did nothing wrong, in and out all under 5 mins because I do not tolerate such nonsense for no reason. Fire off Egyptian employees with a bad attitude or continue to lose customers.
Worst dunking ever there's a guy taking the drive thru orders Rude !! I asked for a cheddar twist bagel with cream cheese and bacon and he literally yelled at me and told me they don't open the bagel I told him every other dunking makes it and he wanted to give it to me on a side and also where giving me my drinks wrong and they just kept pretending it was another drink and they kept giving me the same one back until I kept repeating it was wrong and that I wouldn't take ir they finally changed it !! Super rude never going back there !

I ask, Maybe the worst Dunkin Donuts around? No, this is 100% the worst Dunkin Donuts anywhere I’ve been to. Extremely slow service, they constantly get my order wrong, very rude staff (the drive through lady, nastiest I’ve ever seen) and most recently, they question my order/business - In my order there were 2 bottles of coke, an egg and cheese croissant, everything bagel w/cream cheese, etc. - AND surprise, surprise I only got one bottle of coke at the window and no receipt. I had to ask for the receipt, and was charged for 2 bottles, so I show the lady. She then says, “If you got coffee why do you need the soda?” Funny thing is I did not get coffee (coffee at this location is nasty) - all because I asked for the second bottle of soda I Paid for. All my business will go to Wonder Bagles right across the street. They don’t have a drive through, but I value service over convenience.
They had to brew fresh coffee. After waiting I finally had to ask them for it.
This store NEVER gets my order right. Today I asked for an iced decaf coffee with pumpkin swirl and cream with the pumpkin cold foam. When I got there they had a hot pumpkin. So I showed them my on the go order, and insisted it get fixed. She did fix it, but now she left off the cold foam. What does it take for people to correctly read the incoming orders??? Will definitely not be going there again. I'm also going to report this on their corporate page and hopefully something will be done.
The manager(short lady with long curly hair thats always up in a pony tail) is EXTREMELY RUDE and by far the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL individual that I have ever encountered.
