They took over an hour for me to get my pizza.Then driver that dropped off my pizza Vinicio was rude and showed me the receipt and said “ No tip for me” while I was opening up the pizza boxes to make sure my order was correct. Now I normally pay for my order with credit card then tip in person. After all that, I finally sat down to eat my meal and the pizza was cold and definitely not up to dominos standard.

This location repeatedly has the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Three incidents come to mind. First, I ordered delivery and after a long delay they called to say they were short on drivers and asked if I would come in to pick up my order or wait for delivery. I said I would come and pick it up. When I arrived they hadn't even started making my food even though in the app it said it was ready. Secondly, I once ordered delivery and it took over 2 hours to get delivered. I called the store multiple times to ask if I could just come in or even just cancel my order so I could get a refund and order something else. But no one answered the phone, even after calling and being on hold multiple times. Today was the last straw. I ordered food for delivery. It was "delivered" but I never received food. And I couldn't reach the store again.*UPDATE*After 20+ minutes and enough time to write this review and file a complaint with corporate to get a refund, someone showed up with my food. I still think that this location is absolutely awful and would recommend that you get your pizza from someplace else.

Wow - +1000 to everyone elses review. Ordered 1 hour ago and status hasn't changed. Valencia is supposedly still preparing the pizza and no surprise I can't get anyone to pick up the phone.Update: It took about 2 hours for the pizza to get to the baking phase. I was able to get a hold of someone and cancel the order/get a refund.

Complete dump of a Domino's store. Screw up delivery every single time. Latest trend is claiming they don't offer contact free drop off outside your apartment door. Girl who answered phone could not clarify if this was some new corporate policy roll out or just something their team decided to conveniently decide. Missing whole reason people order delivery in the first place.....DOMINOS Corporate -- you need to investigate this store ASAP!Anyone reading this do not give this dump your business, support your local pizzeria that won't make you wait 3hrs for deliveries they want to leave in your bldg lobby...

Our order arrived at 1030PM (4 hrs late)! We tried calling to get an update but no one picked. Later we even tried calling general helpline to lodge a complaint about this but the number doesn’t seem to be working. After couple of days I eventually got through the local franchise and the Dominos personnel said that even he didn’t know of any support number that I can call and asked me to call later as his manager was not there to lodge a complaint! Are you serious Dominos? You don’t have decency to call back? Can’t believe that such a big company like Dominos don’t have a support number! Disappointing. Giving 2 stars just because we love the pizza but now probably won’t order! And oh! Btw, I never got reimbursed for the food I never ate!

This is literally the worst domino spot I’ve ever encountered. The customer service is horrible. Ghetto! They never answer the phone, it takes three to four hours to receive your order and they never give you the correct order. I’ve ordered here three times, each time giving them the benefit of doubt, and each time it’s been the same drama. I paid for delivery and tip and have had to go in to pick up my order without being refunded for the delivery fee. I will never order from them again and definitely wouldn’t recommend. Beyond annoyed!

Took more than 90 minutes to deliver my order. Why do they accept orders if they don't have the capacity?EDIT: I again made the mistake of ordering from this store. It's been two hours and the tracker still says that it's being prepared.EDIT: It's been freaking three hours and the tracker is still stuck on Prep!! They won't even pick up the phone. What a waste of time and energy. I'm done, I've ordered food from another place. Need to figure out how to get a refund if that's possible. Never ordering from here again.

Shut this place down. Who delivers to the wrong location then says call the store so they can tell you where to pick it up.. this place is so Hood it’s not even funny. Save yourselves the 2 hours wondering if your pizza will make it or not. Don’t order from here

Horrible- never delivered!

Order never delivered but still charged. Order sat in Quality Check on tracker for one hour then automatically switched to delivered. Called store and got worst customer service. Told 7 business days for refund, I think this location is hoping you forget to check for the refund so they can continue this FRAUD! Will never order from Dominos again given the history of this location and their disregard for holding them accountable,
