We had traveled from another country ad wanted to order pizza. when we arrived here the night shift manager acted improperly. We wanted to use the restroom, and he didn't let us go. He acted really rude. There are probably many other customers that they misbehave with others.
Bad customer service here 06.18.22.The real reviews are the one stars.They ignore customers for 10 minutes,then ask you if your ready.I also received a bad attitude from the female cashier.I asked for mild buffalo but she gave me the hot sauce.06.05.22Good Service
One of the worst domino's in the area I've been ordering Here for years and they 3/5 times they mess something up. So sick of this specific domino's messing up my orders and then not picking up the phone when you call
I was there today and I asked a question about a charge that was online for a free pizza. The attitude that the female employee is unexceptionable plus when I asked if there was a manager she said no and refused to give her name. Staff should be properly trained for any questions that a customer should have and if they do not know the answer kindly refer them to someone that does that is proper customer service.
If it’s late at night in JC, just get halal. Trust me - your pizza won’t come. All your dreams will be quashed. You’ll question why you thought a pizza could be delivered 1/2 a mile in under 2 hours. Sounds simple. How long could it take to make a chicken bacon ranch pizza and deliver it 2,658 feet? Not sure I’ll ever get an answer.
So disappointed. The stupidity of this store is on high level. Ordered 8- piece cheesy bread and when it arrived it had meat in it. Cannot understand the dumbness of this company. This outlet does not even read the orders properly. Even after mentioning all details of the order, thry don't read it before making. We requested Square cut for all pizzas and it arrived in Pie Cut. We request a full refund of the order.
This domino’s location has been my to go for a while. The pizzas are well made and they are pretty quick on service and delivery.
WORST place ever!!! Their website is down and when you call and order, they NEVER answer or they hang up! Once you do get a hold of someone, they send you the wrong food and when you call back for your refund, they just hang up on you!!!! worst place ever!!!!
They promise 2 min delivery on car curbside side pick up and a free pizza if they don't make it in time. They stopped the timer before 2 mins without delivering the pizza and made me wait for 15 mins. I had to call them, wait on the line for 10 mins before speaking to a person. This happened to me twice in last one month.
I have had mixed experiences at this location. Sometimes the staff is so cool and helpful while other time they are just rude. Food wise it has been mostly positive with couple of exceptions. Got what I ordered. Delivery was also on time. For me personally customer service is equally important hence 3 stars..
