Food was dry and crusty and I got food poisoning from it. Also the girl taking my order was talking smack about me in Spanish to her coworker thinking I wouldn’t understand. Lol never again.
Food is tasty and portion sizes are very good for the price. However, the service could definitely improve. The two women that work in the restaurant are not the friendliest and your food can take up to 30-40 minutes.
Very bad experience in the morning the attention is bad. So disappointing by the luch time is the same bad attention bunch of girls but not give attention for all customers this restaurant needs good administration
Very nasty acting for no reason....stop going just went just around the corner on Jordan Street, the food is better and their very nice...problem solved.
Went here yesterday with my daughter for spanish food and they didn't disappoint! Many options ready to go and the food looked and taste delicious! Will definitely be stopping by again!
It used to be great, but the new staff is rude and very unfriendly. The girls before were much better. The ones now roll their eyes at a simple question and do not know what they are talking about. They do not seem to want to serve their customers.
The service is a little slow. Food could of had more flavor the rice and beans used to be much better 3 years ago
The food is good ,but the servers are horrible. (If you do not speak Spanish avoid the restaurant )This use to be one of my favorite Spanish restaurant.
Literally the worst delivery experience of my life. Whoever is in charge of running this establishment needs to hire people that comprehend English and understand how GrubHub/Seamless works. My driver called me and told me that the establishment will not make my food unless he is present in the store for 30 minutes!!! What delivery person in their right mind would stand in a store for 30 minutes, just waiting for food? On top of that they cancel orders and tell your driver that the order has been canceled by the ordering individual.
Tried ordering from here twice. Both times, I ask a question and they look at me like I'm crazy and walk away rudely. It's probably a combo of just horrible customer service and language barrier. They could improve by labeling their food and acting like a business who wants customers?
