Got cupcakes from them so many times! But tried their birthday cake first time, it was super good!! Banana strawberry filling, smooth and silky, love it immediately.
this place is very aesthetically pleasing. it is also near my house which is very convenient. There snacks are so cute. Especially the cakes that are on display are the cutest. If you ever want a place where you need to relax or study this is the place.
Wonderful coffee and sweets, and it has vegan options too. I love to spot here when I am in the area. Cute place, definitely will be back.

This is a great, cute, small, bakery. I enjoyed all of the treats that I have tasted and my favorite being their delicious carrot cupcake. It is located in a beautiful area. You can’t go wrong with cocoa bakery!
This place is amazing! Cocoa Bakery made an amazing cake for my daughters bridal shower. Out of this world! Wonderful sweets and desserts!if you need to bring dessert anywhere, this is the place to bring it from!
We love the chocolate chocolate cake so much. We’ve ordered it probably seven times by now. When they’ve been closed we’ve had to get others and can confidently say it’s the best cake in jersey city.

Poor customer service. When I walked in no one spoke. Only asked for me to close the door behind me. I asked a few questions about specific cupcakes and the response was very nonchalant. After purchasing the cupcakes the machine asked how’d I want to receive my receipt and I chose by paper. It showed error. I told the person ringing me up it showed error and she rudely says we don’t give paper receipts. I then asked why’d they give me the option and her response was a blank stare. I paid for my cupcakes and walked out, didn’t get a thank you or anything. Will never go back there again. I’ve been there numerous times in the past and always loved the cakes/cupcakes, but being there today didn’t make me feel they appreciated me as a customer
We ordered some coffee, biscotti and quiche - all of which were excellent! The place has a nice vibe and so we decided to enjoy our food within the confines of the cafe. Unfortunately, the service offered by the employee at the front desk left much to be desired. One almost got the impression that the person did not want to be there nor wanted us to be patronizing the place either. Word of advice to the owner: people visit cafes as it is their happy place. You want to start your day with a positive attitude. Please let the person manning the front desk know that they need to make the patron feel welcome - that the very least one should expect. Still 5 stars and will totally visit and support a small business.
