Have historically had average (as in good enough) milk tea at this location, but just came home with a drink that had no sugar despite asking for 100%, and a second one (the Hoji milk tea) that literally tastes like fish.I legit threw away a $6.50 boba drink without having more than two sips because it TASTED LIKE FISH.I had this drink before too and it was not like this at all so you can go here since there aren't any alternatives during your grocery trip but good luck. Waste of $13.
I made one order from Uber eats and half hour later told me coco canceled my order with no reason. I mean what the f, if you want to close can you at least stop let people order at first? What the f you wasting others time
Ordered jasmine green tea , said million times that no milk and they gave me this and said they dont use milk, that’s cream powder ??♀️ ok if you try to wording it! I’m done with this brand.
Really unprofessional and rude. They forgot to put topping in my drink so they had to remove the seal. Then they put a cap on my cup, which obviously resulted into leaking. I asked them why cap instead of seal. The lady lied to me and said they start to use cap instead of seal. Such an obvious lie to cover her own mistake. And then she started to get angry after I told her to get it fixed. Wasting my tips. Will never tip again at this store
Maybe a long line but good fast service! Much verity of Boba I have to try! This convenient location was my first taste of boba tea thanks to my daughter suggesting it! Give it try if you're in the area!

I have been to this Coco so many times, and today I had the worse experience ever. An female stuff rushed me to pay after I order one drink, which I actually have another drink to order, and didn’t confirm my order or show it on the small screen in front of me. And she didn’t add the bubble I order for both drink, and when I asked her about the missing topping, she responded with basically the worst way. I had order mess up before and they took care of it really well. I don’t even know if they care about bad reviews or not, but I don’t think I will order again if I see her next time.
Lots of options at this bobo tea shop inside of 99 Ranch. Prices are fair and service is friendly.
